Very good accommodation and warm hospitality for people and dogs. There were two of us with two dogs and we all felt very comfortable. The place is equipped as described and everything was very clean. Kay and his family were always available and very friendly. There was a welcome gift for humans and animals, as well as wood for the fire pit. We were even able to get into the property earlier and leave later. Since we planned hikes, we got our money's worth, because the location is optimal to start directly from the front door. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest, so it was just wonderfully quiet and relaxing for everyone. We would love to come back, with more time for more hiking trails. I was traveling privately in Gera. Matthias made it very easy for me to check in and check out. The price and quality are great. And very kind about it. It's very rare to find these days. Next time I will try to get the place back from him. Highly recommended.

Denise's apartment is very centrally located and nicely cozy . I was there alone, but if all 4 beds were occupied, it would still not be too tight . Communication was nice and always timely . Check-in with nice personal key service . Very eager and friendly. I'd love to come back again again !

Great place in good location - easy access by car, tram nearby to head into city centre if desired and could walk to local bakery and supermarket. Very spacious flat with everything that might be needed. Also great comms from host. Would happily stay again.

Very nice, quiet and cozy apartment with everything you need. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great location for excursions in the area and hikes. Communication, check-in and check-out were great and very straightforward. Gudrun is an incredibly warm and helpful host who provided us with good tips for excursions, etc. We felt completely comfortable and at home and would be happy to come back. The place is highly recommended!

Me, my boyfriend and our 4-year-old daughter stayed with Sylvia for one night. We immediately felt at home and slept very well. The small attic apartment was lovingly furnished and very quiet. Our daughter felt very comfortable in the children's corner equipped with games. Sylvia was a nice and accommodating hostess and kindly assisted us with the late check-in. We can warmly recommend their cozy place.
