Waterfront vacation rentals in Zurich

We loved our stay. As much as we loved the space, we loved Nunu even more. She was so friendly and even brought our kids back cookies the night we checked in. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Stein am Rhein. We felt very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and would very much like to come back in the summer. The restaurant just below the apartment was great! We ate excellently!

Vanessa’s place was perfect! Super clean and cozy. The check in process was perfect and her team was so kind with directing me to the location. Not a negative by any means but a heads up - the balcony seems to be shared so it felt uncomfortable opening the blinds when the neighbours were outside - something I am not accustomed to. The train can be heard at times but not super loud by any means. Overall would highly recommend spending your time in Zurich at Vanessa’s place. It definitely felt a home away from home. 💕

Our stay at Stephanie's little apartment was awesome. It was our first vacation with toddler. Stepahnie was very accommodating and provided us with extra blankets as well as a crib and even a diaper bucket:) The cottage is very old, the creaking floors and also the old windows as well as radiators contribute to a homey feeling, we love that! The location is fabulous for excursions into nature, the city is very tranquil and hardy and the nearby Germany can also be reached in 20 minutes for shopping. The apartment is maintained and furnished with a lot of love, you can feel it immediately! In the small kitchen there was everything we needed! Who knows, maybe we'll come back - thank you for the pleasant time & dear Steohanie all the best!

Boris and his family came and said hello but gave us total space and privacy. Lake was beautiful and the house was very tastefully done with lots of modern features built into panel on wall, light controls , music and curtains , heat and cooling. Would love to stay there again

We had a great time here. Cozy cottage, next to the river, swimming wonderfully at the waterfall. Beautiful surroundings and Christine and Beat are very welcoming and nice.

We, a family of four stayed for two nights at the apartment and had a great time, everything we needed, a warm ambience combined with a location at one of the most beautiful spots close to Zurich. We enjoyed having every afternoon an easy walk by the river, just two steps away from the front door and already you are in nature! Patrick and his team were very helpful, very flexible, highly professional and forthcoming at the same time. Although we have booked just some hours prior to our arrival, I was very impressed by the hospitality and for the fact that everything was perfectly prepared and organised in such short notice. Overall a great experience, I fully recommend a stay.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and cosy. The kitchen specifically deserves a mention as it was well stocked and the kitchenware was of the highest quality so cooking was a pleasure indeed. The balcony overlooks the Limmat with a green cover close to one cafe and grocery shops. You may need to walk a bit to explore the restaurants or take a tram a couple of stops away. The connectivity is as good as any place in Zurich with a couple of tram stops close by. The only comment I would have is on the size of the double bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed and a snug fit for two. All else fit the description and more. I would certainly go back on another visit.

We had a nice and peaceful stay at Irene's place at Nohl. As listed, the apartment had all amenities for our stay. The apartment is clean and would meet your expectations. With walkable distance to both Rhein Falls and Dachsen railway station, from where one could take the train and reach Zurich within an hour, the apartment is aptly located. We would also recommend Irene's place for your stay in Nohl.

It's all good as usual.

This was the most beautiful stay I’ve ever had. It was quaint and adorable. If I could stay forever I would. It was nice to be surrounded by farm animals, Eva was a perfect host. She was responsive and friendly. I definitely want to book her next year!

Our family had a great stay and Laura our host was amazingly responsive and kind. We felt right at home! It's proximity and walking access to the river, old historic village and all public transportation (bus and train station) could not have been better. Highly reccomend this place!

Maria was very welcoming, even though I arrived before the check-in time. Maria prepared the room and bathroom nicely and gave me helpful information about everything. The location is great for popping to the shops, going downtown Rapperswil and nice scenic walks. Maria and the accommodation went a long way to enhancing my stay. Thank you, Maria!

A really recommended room with en suite bathroom. Everything is clean and functionally furnished. A safe could still round off the offer. However, the room and building seem well secured. We were particularly pleased that the small amenities provided by Claudia graciously, such as coffee, coffee milk, soap, etc. are offered in organic quality. The balcony protrudes into a kind of courtyard that is nicely converted. The street makes little noise at night and day. Except for an apparently quiet ventilation in the courtyard, everything is pleasantly quiet. The stay gave us a lot of pleasure, especially since the accommodation is in the immediate neighborhood of friends we visited. But even if you want to get to downtown Zurich, you can get there in a short time by tram (T7). All in all really great! The room is part of an innovative residential project. The neighbors seemed very likeable!

It’s an incredible accommodation with an amazing view, especially in the night! Peter is talkative and friendly, he is so kind and made me feel comfortable during these days! There is a dedicated bathroom and the whole apartment is spotless, only 5-8 mins walking to the station, where you can take the train M24 to Zurich HB in 25 mins. 100% recommended!

I would strongly recommend this place. Right from the start, Earta was super helpful. I changed my check-in time, Earta cooperated and helped me out. The house was supremely clean, the location peaceful (you can hear birds chirping and a stream flowing in the front), the bathrooms and were spotless, the kitchen was handy and Earta even left welcome goodies for us! The Zürich city is easily reachable and we planned trips to Lucerne, Interlaken etc. for which this location was convenient. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in Zurich, and Earta was a fantastic host!

The apartment is well furnished, the surroundings is quiet and very nice. Host was nice and friendly.

Spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Generous and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent. On the one hand it is quiet ,close to a green area with tracks for sports and on the other hand a reasonable distance from the city center.

Place is very easy to find. Very quiet and beautiful area. Patrick as host is very helpful and has very good insights. Place is super nice. Good location and easy access to public transportation.
