Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Zurich

We (three friends for road biking) felt very comfortable. The apartment is cosy and equipped with everything you need. Public transport is excellent: the bus comes every 30 minutes and in 40 minutes you are at the Zurich main train station. We will be happy to come back.

It was just perfect from A - Z! Martina is very friendly, was able to give us great tips and writes back very quickly. The house is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures. You can visit the beautiful old town within a few minutes on foot. I can really only recommend this piece of jewelry, never had anything to date on Air bnb, which was able to exceed my expectations, so far :) Thank you Martina for allowing us to spend a wonderful time in the charming house.

The house is really great. It is in a great location with beautiful views and lots of tranquility The decor is very modern and has everything you can think of. For a holiday home especially in this location really above average! The welcome is very friendly, everything is great!

A large home in a secluded but accessible location. Ideal for families.

Silvia's place is exactly as advertised. We traveled with our three year old. After reading some other reviews, I was a little bit nervous, but we had no problems. The house was a nice temperature and I didn't feel like my 3 year old was unsafe on the steps or in the back yard. We moved a couple of art pieces that he was most interested in to high shelves. He loved being able to walk to the grocery store, the hiking trails, and a couple of playgrounds nearby. The #31 bus stop is less than a 5 min walk and runs every 15 min. If you take it one way its just one stop and then loops back, great for entertaining your toddler, the other way goes in Zurich through the hbf. For my work I needed a car, and we found the off street dedicated parking spot really nice. Silvia was extremely helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We felt right at home. We only send good thoughts to the owner, thanks for everything! We will definitely recommend this villa to our friends and anyone who wants to visit Switzerland. Also, you are only 2 minutes away from the train station, we left our cars in the villa and came to Zurich in 20-25 minutes by train, if not faster. The house, the cleanliness, the barbecue area, the bedrooms, the kitchen, there is everything to commend 🫶🏻

Great place, very big and clean

Absolutely loved our stay ❤️ Visited family in Switzerland for 3 weeks with our toddler and baby. Chris's place was perfectly located for all our daily adventures. Chris was very helpful and friendly from booking to checkout! He sourced extra high chairs and cribs for our little ones and gave us plenty of suggestions and advice to make our travels easier. He also responded prompty to general queries during our stay. Just a heads up for any families with a wild toddler like ours that does not watch where he is running that there is a steep open staircase (not in pictures) leading to the laundry room that we easily managed to barracade up. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful area with easy access to public transport, shops and parks. Thank you again Chris for being so friendly and accommodating us in your family home. We would love to stay again in the future!

♥️ We loved our stay at Leandras cozy home. It had an authentic 🇨🇭Swiss feel to it, that was delightful. Plenty of space for 6-7 adults. The kitchen was well appointed we easily prepared simple meals. The only thing we missed in the home were additional (top) bedsheets and pillow cases. We used our clean tees for pillow cases. ✨The location was convenient for exploring Zurich. We had a car so we didn’t seek out public transportation from the home but appreciated a parking space available to us. The church bells didn’t bother us at all during the night (or day) even with a couple very light sleepers. They were very pretty sounding when we did hear them. We loved watching planes come and go from the breakfast nook in the kitchen ✈️ We enjoyed 🌲✨Christmas in Switzerland so much and came home to warm cozy home away from home each day. We would definitely come back if only we are so lucky!

We highly recommend Bence‘s apartment, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay including: fully equipped kitchen, large and comfortable bed, and terrace with view of the lake. The location is great for exploring the lake and surrounding towns/villages and only a short train ride into Zurich. Bence was a great host, very courteous/responsive and has put together simple guides and videos to explain how things work. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed Rut's place. It is large and very sunny. In addition, it is equipped with a full kitchen. It's lovely to live here. This apartment is perfect for couple. There's also a sofa bed in the lounge. It is located on a quiet street and is very easy to walk to the bus stop. What to say about Rut, she is a charming and very kind person. She is very friendly and remains available to help and make your stay pleasant.

Highly recommend. Clean,tidy, and scented. Good value for the price. Peace and quiet. A great starting point for exploring Zurich and Lucerne, as well as in the mountains of Central Switzerland and in Glarus. A little further to Walis or Berner Oberland,but if there's a car, it's very nice to drive. This was my first Airbnb stay, but it was a good shot! I recommend this host!

What a deal this place was. The check in & out were beyond my expectations compared to the average airbnbs. The home is beautiful, & the location is quiet with a grocery store right around the corner, tram station about a block further away. Wish i could have stayed longer but I had to catch a flight early. A place i would definitely like to call home 👌🏽

We enjoyed meeting Christina’s menagerie. Her house is very welcoming and homey. Anything you might need is in the house, kitchen, bathroom. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go quite easily, including to the airport. Christina was a wonderful and helpful hostess.

We stayed with a toddler and a kid, and we were surprised and fascinated by the green amazing garden with cherries, apples, berries and cute turtles. My kids were occupied all the evening long ☺️ Christina showed us everything, and we enjoyed a living room and a kitchen with everything needed. Thank you a lot! The shop is 3 minutes by walk, and the house close to the airport (1 station by train) and not far from the bus station I enjoyed so much spending time with Christina, like I was staying with my friend. We will surely stay again when visit!

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

Christina’s place is well connected to central Zurich via public transport or car and this place offered the perfect base for a large group of us to explore the city center and also take a day trip to go hiking east of Zurich. Would recommend!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Ramon’s home. He and his wife were super kind and provided some wonderful suggestions on what to do while in Zurich. Their cat Yumie, welcomed us shortly after we were settled in. They had coffee available and their home had an amazing view. Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

We had a great time at Priskus and his wife's house! The location was exceptional, impeccable cleanliness, more than perfect breakfast, the hosts were attentive and had very good tips. The jacuzzi is an extra good thing after a good day of walking. You can go there without second thought, it's a great place to get away from it all!
