High-quality, comfortably and practically furnished, quietly located 2-room attic apartment (3rd floor, no elevator) in the popular Seefeld district. Lake, opera house and Stadelhofen train station, from which Zurich airport can be reached in 20 minutes, are within 2 minutes walking distance. Charming apartment located in the trendy Kreis 3 of Zurich. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants, shops and everything Zurich has to offer. It is a 1 bedroom apartment which I rent out while on vacation. My bedroom will be closed off while I'm not there so the apartment is essentially available as a studio. The sofa pulls out to a very comfortable bed which is where guests sleep (ideal for 1-2 people). Clean sheets, pillows and towels will be provided.

My sister and I came to Küsnacht to see our friend sing in a Christmas concert in the church. The accommodation was just perfect for us in every way. Jeremias' place was perfect. The place is very clean, spacious, and in a great area. The check in was super easy with his step-by-step instructions and photos. The view from the balcony is amazing. Even for a warmer month, the apartment stayed cool, and the fan in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable. Check out is also stress-free and straightforward. Jeremias was also very easy to communicate with, and he responds very quickly. He was extremely helpful when he realized we left something behind too! Absolutely recommend staying here.

One of my favorite Airbnb experiences. The flat was amazing.. so cozy and very personal and warm. More importantly very clean and charming. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is great. Impeccable, well-designed, excellently located apartment. The accomodation is very comfortable and in pristine condition. The hosts were very helpful, kind, detailed and prompt with the answers and they went out of their way to accommodate all our additional asks. In particular we were there with a bang and they went to the trouble of providing a cot, bath, highchair and lots of utensils and a play mat. I honestly cannot fault the accomodation. We will stay again!

I’d had great days in Zurich, but there wasn’t a time as beautiful as those days at Cécile’s place. Everything was literally perfect: aesthetically pleasurable and practical! Cecile was so warm and caring. We didn’t meet but our communication was like we were friends for years. Her place is located in my favorite area in Zurich; it’s upscale and quiet, but very convenient. The building has its accent, and so is the flat; I’d say more French than German. Living there is like living in the Vogue magazine or in a movie set of modern Europe. I just re-read all the other reviews; they are spot on every single detail. I feel so fortunate to get this booking!!

I am very satisfied with my experience here! I rented the apartment for my parents who were visiting for a long stay. My mother uses a walker and so she needs plenty of space to move from room to room. Ray's place was excellent for their needs! The layout of the apartment worked very well for them. The amenities were new and high-quality and the clothing washer was a plus. Ray was also very responsive and helpful. He helped them find some cookware and assisted with a problem they had with train tickets. My parents have come to Zurich several times and this is the highest quality home in terms of layout and amenities that they have experienced. Ray was also very responsive and helpful.

I would like to thank Kamila because she has been super helpful and always available to help during and after the stay in her apartment. The rooms are small but perfect for one person or also two. The neighborhood is very quite, there is a supermarket and the tram stop nearby and in general is really close to the central station and the city centre. I had a very good experience and I will recommend the apartment to everyone staying in Zurich!

Older quirky property - exactly as described and pictured on the listing. Host communication was responsive and helpful. choices for 2 bed 2 bath were limited when we were searching for a place and this fit the bill perfectly. Great neighborhood with super convenient bakery, pharmacy small grocery store. Would stay again especially since the lift was never an issue to move bags up and down to the third floor. It's midway between two tram stops so we always walked downhill :-)
