Places to stay in Zumbrota

We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and grandkids! The home was clean and updated and it had an ideal set-up for the entire group: nobody had to sleep on the couch or floor, plenty of bathrooms and everyone could eat together in the spacious kitchen with a large table and island with seating. The best part was all the games like air hockey, pool, foosball and ping pong that kept our grandkids (and the adults!) busy and happy on a cold winter weekend. Thanks for sharing your place-what my 9-year-old grandson calls "the best AirBNB ever"! We will be back!

This place was a gem as it was so easy to get to and was open and inviting for our small group of women. It had the accommodations for all of us to spread out and have our own space. It is very well maintained, clean and not cluttered. The check-in process was easy along with the few things to make sure to check off before leaving. Matt and Amy were wonderful in their responses when we did have questions. This property is across the street from train tracks which there is quite a bit of traffic from. They are loud, though that didn't slow us down or wake any of us up in the middle of the night. We did stay in the winter, so I am not sure what it would be like during the summer when windows may be open.

Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

We came to the area for surgery at Mayo. We wanted a peaceful spot to hang out and recover, a big comfortable bed, and a yard for the dog. The downstairs has a king bed, carpeted floors, shower, laundry, a nice area with couches and tv. It was mostly quiet and peaceful downstairs. Our small dog loved being able to stay close to us. We barely used the first floor but it had two dining areas, a living room, two bedrooms, a full bath, and a nice small kitchen. This is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb. Jaymi has pretty much everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Please note the fenced in yard isn’t chain linked so pups like ours still needed to be walked, but there are plenty of sidewalks in the neighborhood. As a place that accepts pets, it was quite clean. There was a lint roller in the bedroom in case you needed it as well. The host was super responsive and thoughtful. This is a home I can see myself returning to again and again!

What a beautiful place inside and outside. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the beautiful scenery. With Red Wing so close we enjoyed some great food and shopping.

We (5 girlfriends) were very pleased with the townhouse and the gorgeous view of the lake, from both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment, bedding, towels and much more. Beautifully decorated for the season (fall) with very comfortable furniture. Thankyou for making our weekend a joy with your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay in Pepin. Charlie's cottage was close to everything we were interested in, was very quiet even though off the highway and we appreciated the accommodations.

A group of us stayed at Nona's place during Big Turn Music Fest weekend. We had an absolute blast, and this stay was everything we wanted. Of note: The home is super spacious, and even with eight people, we all were able to retreat to our own little corners whenever we needed a break. The view is simply stunning. We arrived after dark and it was a treat to wake up to the sight of the frozen river and bluffs in the morning. The kitchen was the best AirBnb kitchen I've ever stayed in. A fully stocked spice cabinet, baking basics, excellent dish and cookware (including Le Creuset!!), and a coffee/appliance nook with everything you'd need. We weren't bothered by the train or the nearby airport and the stay was super peaceful, while also close enough to Red Wing for an easy trip to the music. Thank you, Nona, for a great weekend!
