Vacation rentals with a patio in Zona Hotelera Norte

I felt like the house! It's just like it looks in the photos, and it's even more than I expected! The house (upper floor) has privacy, everything is very comfortable, mattresses, everything is of quality, the house has very good finishes, the kitchen is very well equipped with microwave oven, toaster oven, blender, electric tea maker, coffee maker etc… the balconies are very spacious and with excellent view, the pool practically private and with warm water, we made use of the garage and it was very comfortable, practical. The area is very nice and with many restaurants around! Even a block and a half there is an Oxxo and a washed car, it is close to Aramara market, sams and cosco. As for the beach, the one that is close and comfortable with bathrooms, parking and everything is Playa shrimp, there they rent a table with beds and umbrella and you can bring your ice maker. Fluvial Vallarta has it all, the house is very close to pharmacies and all the services, I found it very nice, comfortable, safe! The dog didn't bother us

Brian and team are amazing! Brian is incredibly accessibly and attentive and prioritizes exceeding your expectations. The unit is sufficient, clean, fully stocked with a toiletries and extra towels and filled with natural light. The building's roof lives up to expectations (though the pool isn't heated.....yet). offering yummy drinks and lots of opportunities to meet new people. The gym is also well stocked so you could skip a big apple pass if you wanted to. Easily one of the best stays you'll have in PV.

It's a very well located apartment, excellent host service, very nice from start to finish, very clean and in good condition, we loved it without thinking about it we would return ! 🙌🏼

My family had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb. The host was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They gave wonderful suggestions on local restaurants and things to do. The apartment is extremely clean and was very comfortable for my group, making us feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and sitting out by the pool every day was so relaxing! They have a bartender that made the best margs. They also have a nice gym that we were able to use! I would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to stay in this area!

the accommodation is just as they describe it, it is a pleasant stay surrounded by several activities to do , also to go to the malecón, practically close, the rooms excellent and very safe , pleasant time with family

What a great place! We were one of the first visitors with 0 reviews but the host was so proactive and friendly via the chat we felt confident the place would be great. Even before we arrive we already had lots of info about the place, location, local recommendations when we chat. When we arrived we were met by the host. Everything look exactly like the photos and even better. Kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and utensils. My words fear for any Airbnb are the scratched pans and chipped cups. This place is not it! Everything is in perfect condition. The place itself is huge! For just 2.5 of us (0.5 is a doggie) it was very spacious. We didn't use 2 rooms and 1 bathroom at all. Internet is fast on the first floor and okay upstairs. Both 2.5/5G. I left there hdmi>Usb-c cable in the TV, feel free to use it :) rooftop balcony is a huge bonus with private washer/drier! The location is a DREAM! 5 mins to the beach, and 40 mins anywhere in PV - walking. We will be back! Book it!!!

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

I highly recommend Edgar's property, it was always clean and very nice and safe The property had all the essentials, clean pool, and Super close to the bus stop. Airport is 10 minutes away by truck Edgar was always attentive and recommended many places very good host, he was always in touch, he responded soon

This was an excellent place, I had all the amenities, maximum cleanliness, the house is spectacular, I highly recommend it, my only recommendation would be that they will grant the access card to the fractionation, because between entrances and exits it is very inconvenient to be always giving the information to the loyal guards because they were always different, out of there, 100% an excellent place

Location is great. Quick walk to beach and restaurants. Quiet, secure building. Loved the rooftop pool lounge area. Bed, linens and furnishings are comfortable. Todd and Patrick are friendly, responsive hosts. Would definitely return and recommend.

Wonderful! We booked at the last minute and Maricela immediately responded to the request, the place corresponds to the photos and is very spacious and quiet to sleep in. As they already said, the location is the only detail being a fairly steep climb, after going up and down a couple of days you get used to it easily. The location is ideal for quick reach to Zona Romántica and Playa Los Muertos, a shop right on the corner of the house. I will definitely choose this option again on my next visit.

Unfortunately, the A/C has been working poorly since our arrival, and we were told that it would be fixed promptly. Well, we stayed seven days and never got fixed. As you can understand, the weather in Puerto Vallarta is very hot and humid during this season, so neither is to say that besides this mishap that caused miserably sleeping nights, everything else was Fantastic! I strongly recommend this place. Just make sure the A/C is truly working, and you will have found the best deal in town. Alex M.

A very quiet area to rest and relax!!

We had a great time at this property, we really liked the size of the apartment, it is quite spacious and well furnished. The view from the balcony is very nice and there are several areas to have a good time. Highly recommended.
