I have to say , I have traveled the world , stayed in many different types of housing , Mr Charlie’s place was one of the best places I’ve stayed , you just can’t get a better deal , the plaice was clean , peaceful and the view was fantastic, also access to a small but well organized gym , pool on rooftop , it’s now listed as my favourite and next time I’m in Santo Domingo , that is definitely where I’ll be staying . And the staff was extremely courteous and helpful with me the whole stay (weekend) . Thank you for a pleasant stay Mr Charlies ! 😀

I love my day at Katherine's home. Katherine is so communicative and answers any questions in minutes. The house is located in an excellent place for everything. The groceries arrive to the address and quickly. I loved the house very clean and spacious. The green I felt at my place outside my house. Lots of privacy. Vorvere soon.

First off Ken is a great host. He responded to my questions very quick and also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do. The house is very spacious and clean. Definitely would recommend if you’re traveling with a small group. Me and my fiancee enjoyed our time there and we would definitely come back and book with Ken.

My stay was absolutely perfect. It’s in a great location in La Zona close to restaurants, supermarkets and historical sites. The host were absolutely amazing with clear instructions and and made the stay even better with a list of cultural landmarks to experience. Thank you guys again!

This is place very nice very clean great location Eiliana responded very fast pool area is amazing and the house does have hot water could use a bit of updating but still an amazing property that I see myself booking again 5 star residence that is also very very safe

We came for a weekend for a family event and to spend some time in the zona colonial. It was easy to get into the apartment, and communication was quick and helpful whenever needed. The rooms were clean and the kitchen had the essentials which were perfect for the weekend. As for location this apartment is great and MINUTES away from the center of the zona; you can find lots of restaurants and places to go just steps away. I came with my young child who loved having her own little room. This home was perfect for what we needed and I would recommend to anyone traveling through Santo Domingo who wants to get a taste of the beautiful zona colonial. Thank you for hosting us it was such a nice stay and we would love to come again!

Everything was perfect, the house was very nice comfortable and above all quiet, I was with my children and my family and we were able to rest very well after a long flight. The hostess is very kind and helpful. We will return for sure. The best proximity to commerce, sea and restaurants.

On 5 floor. At least a littlebit away from traffic. The bedroom are facing west, opposite of the busy Avenida 100 meters East. Stunning pool on roof. Decent gym on roof floor with view. Owners very keen on correcting misc issues in apartment. Highly recommend.

Loved it and highly recommend Place is very nice and close to zona colonial. You have 2 rooms available as well as dining room and kitchen. There is couple corner stores where you can buy basics and a restaurant where you can have good lunch.

Amazing place, perfect location and friendly neighborhood. If you’re visiting Santo Domingo, this is a must have.
