Carlos is a wonderful host. The space matches the photos exactly, and is extremely spacious. It will be hard to book a smaller space after staying there. Brunilda is an absolute Angel, and made my first visit to Santo Domingo extremely welcoming. Carlos’s casa will have you immersed in a local experience del Millón. The neighborhood is safe, and extremely walkable. There are colmados, salons, restaurants, and grocery stores within a 4 minute walk or less away. The kitchen is well equipped for meals. The wifi is consistent and plenty fast for working remotely. There is hot water in both showers, and a battery backup if you should have a power outage. I stayed over a month, and can only recall one extended power outage. Since Carlos has the batter backup, I was able to stay connected to the internet, and have electricity. Do yourself a favor, and check out this AirBnb. Gracias!

It's a beautiful hotel. It is sophisticated with the colonial touch that anyone could be looking for in the colonial zone of Gran Santo Domingo. Sometimes we look for something loaded with history but with the comforts and modernism of today, this is definitely a perfect place to find that. The super friendly managers, Juan, who is the one who responds on this road, is super attentive and quick to respond. My only complaint is that the jacuzzi did not have hot water and is something totally understandable that can happen to any host, I understand that the other day they solved it because they were where we offered it again. Daniel (the chef) and Luis (the receptionist) are super friendly, attentive and helpful. I was very delighted with the hospitality and establishment! Side note: It is a hotel, therefore, they will not always have the same room available as in the photos placed here, but they are all beautiful. Note #2: The photos don't do the place justice. It's gorgeous!

We were very comfortable in Agua Dulce, everything was great. There is a supermarket close by where you can not only buy supplies, but you can also buy prepared food. Manuel, he was very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

A modern bathroom features a sleek vanity with a white sink and minimalist faucet. Textured tile accents the wall, complemented by a large mirror. Two neatly hung towels are visible beside the sink, and decorative toiletries add a touch of color.

Centrally located in the Colonial Zone, well cared for at a great price!

Ana and Danny's place is in a great part of Santo Domingo. It is very close to the airport and Ave Espana. We found a different restaurant every night and so many things to do close by. I would recommend their place and would book again for sure.

Booked Mike's place after leaving another location. Mike let me check in early. He responded very quickly to all inquiries I had. The building is secure and the security speak a little English. It's close to McDonald's and across from pricemart supermarket

Everything is very good with respect to the space and facilities, the location is very good. I just had a touch with the male receptionists and they take care of it very badly. Especially the night that once caught my eye for going out on the street several times at night, indicating that I wasn't a gatekeeper to be on the lookout every time one leaves.
