Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zografou

This was our first trip to Athens and thanks to Panayiotis we are for sure coming back! The villa is beautiful and perfectly clean, Panayiotis was happy to help with whatever we needed and made several wonderful suggestions. If you are looking to not just see Athens but to also have accommodations in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood with any amenities you may need, this is the place for you. Particularly thoughtful was when (before we came) I asked Panayiotis if he had a kettle to make tea with, although he didn't he bought one-just because I asked-how thoughtful is that! That was how the entire stay went-everything was easy and we felt more like guests in his lovely villa! Thank you Panayiotis!!

I loved the design and architecture. Very charming. Very central , a little noisy but there are earplugs . Loannis helped me with a late checkout , I definitely appreciate that !

Tucked away below the acropolis the house is conveniently located in the centre of Plaka, a largely pedestrianised Athenian suburb and in walking distance of all the major sites of antiquity.

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great house with nice location and nice pool. Great for a large group. Some aircraft noise. Partly a little worn and e.g. curtains, blinds or one or the other bathroom could use a refresher. Super kitchen with all you need.

A fantastic, luxurious house, wonderful with its own fresh pool. Everything was there - stove, micro, two fridges, two freezers. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, comfortable sofas, sun loungers, bath toys and more. Gas grill and charcoal grill but we didn't use them. Oksana helpful and quick to answer questions in Whats App and TEXT. Everything in the description feels real and true. No street names or numbers that we understood, but Google maps found it. And the key to the door was of a kind we never seen before, but Oksana quickly helped us get settled. If you wish for anything more, it would be a nicer beach, with sand and not rocks, and a serving. But the "village" is very small (and calm!) so you should have a car and get to other beaches close by, which are paradisiacal. Recommend an excursion to the Temple of Poseidon a half hour away, and several nice beaches around - and in Palea Fokea north of the village where there is lovely beach and several restaurants. Highly recommend Oksana's house "Sun Joy".

This is a villa of dreams. It is the perfect place to spend a family trip with amazing amenities and close to a beautiful Greek beach that feels like you are a part of the culture versus just another tourist destination. In close proximity to the airport this was the perfect spot for our family to meet-up and cook meals together, bask in the sun and enjoy the local town and nature. We would hugely recommend this destination to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that feels luxurious and welcoming.

Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

Kostas is one the rare hosts that tend to ensure you’re having a good time and you’re pleased. He definitely went above and beyond for my family (of seven) in ensuring we got transportation to take us to the airport. He’s warm, friendly and his hospitality will be remembered. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and has spots for amazing photo shots and snorkeling. If you’re booking you’ll definitely have a good time.

Superb host, incredibly responsive to any issues or questions we had and met us late in the evening on the first night. Also allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated. Minor issue with the hot water not working on a few of the days, but a technician was organised to fix it that same day, even on a Sunday. Loved the house and overall would thoroughly recommend

We had a great stay at Bill & Johns villa. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities one could want. The sunset from the top floor was stunning. Good coffee shops are a nearby walk (I recommend the pastries!) and restaurants and bars are a cheap taxi away. Thank you for sharing your fabulous space.
