This is a great, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. There are several bus and tram lines providing access to the city center or main station within minutes. Great host too! Highly recommend.

We were welcomed friendly and chatty and the place was clean and tidy. The host was always eager to make the stay as pleasant as possible and said goodbye to us on the last night with a snap.

The apartment was very cosy and we loved staying there. It had all the essential equipment, it was clean and the living room and the dining room was very spacious! Nina is also very kind and responsive host, everything was perfect.

Parking right in front of the apartment, spacious and clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet part of town. Recommended.

It's a little far from downtown. If you walk out, it's a long way, and there are a lot of cars on the way. The place is small, and I personally recommend 3-4 people. (It's a little small for 5 people.) The place was clean, and the host was friendly. There were also enough items such as towels and toilet paper. There is also a grocery store close by! The bathroom is very large and pleasant, but there is no door or shower curtain in the shower booth, so there is a lot of water. It's good to be careful when putting something on the bathroom floor.

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

Great place to stay with great hosts. You can see the attention to detail throughout the house. Very nicely coordinated design, beautiful house where you can relax wonderfully, with everything you need and more :-) Many possibilities in the area, (lakes, places, restaurants) all within max. Reachable 20 minutes. Absolutely recommended, will be happy to come back.

Nice, spacious and clean accommodation in a nice location close to everything. The garage where the car can be parked is also ideal. Everything was perfectly arranged.

Amazing location, very kindly left a sledge for my wife to use!!! Went above and beyond!!! It was perfect for what we wanted and throughly enjoyed our week. Special touch leaving a fresh bowl of fruit made us feel welcome. Information on places to visit was perfect and the sauna was a lovely touch.

My family and I have stayed at Airbnbs around the world. This was easily our favorite accommodation. It is a stunning, spacious, and well-equipped home with amenities to spare. My entire family’s only regret is not staying longer. We hope to return one day soon. The host was also a gem.

The apartment is really nice! Spacious, very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bedroom. The complete kitchen equipment with coffee machine and microwave is particularly great. The location is ideal – short distances to Garmisch and the best hiking destinations. The small town of Grainau is enchanting, and the view from the balcony is fascinating! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They gave us helpful tips and ensured uncomplicated communication and handling of arrival and departure. Especially pleasant: There is a parking space right in front of the house. Thanks also to Aline for the very relaxing feel-good massage available at short notice – perfect for a little break! The value for money is absolutely right. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable at Rainer's place. A great apartment with very good facilities. Great location, the lake, the train station and the restaurants are within walking distance. Rainer is a very nice landlord. We will definitely come back in spring/summer and want to explore the beautiful landscape by bike.

The place was very pleasant and exactly matched the pictures. Marco was kind and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and were able to enjoy our time to the fullest. Especially great was that we spent a few days in Mayerhofen to snowboard – a great experience! All in all a completely successful stay.

the apartment is spacious, clean and bright. we loved the living room with enough space for everyone, nicely decorated with items brought from countries around the world. the kitchen is well equipped, the mattresses were very good. the owner Claudia was very friendly, responsive and nice

the four of us stayed in the apartment ( two adults and two children) in the living room there would be a large table where we all had enough space and could also play nicely. the kitchen was well equipped with everything. Even flushing taps, coffee, salt, oil, etc were available. We can recommend them apartment at any time.

I would say this has been our best AirBNB stay yet. The apartment was very modern and had all essentials. It was about a 3 minute walk to the train station. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the furnishings are very tasteful and the equipment is great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are easily accessible on foot. We have also received very helpful tips for excursions from the hosts.
