Vacation rentals with a patio in Innsbruck-Land District

Pavel's place surpassed our expectations and suited us very well (two adults plus a 2-year-old). It is quite spacious, with a big well-equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the main south-facing balcony as the weather was unseasonably warm. Everything you need is in a 10/15 minute walk. And it is competitively priced. I thoroughly recommend it.

We had a great stay at the apartment and would book it again anytime. The apartment is well equipped, cozy and more than big enough for a family with 2 children. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped, so cooking is fun. The surroundings are absolutely quiet and you can reach beautiful hiking trails in a few steps. The ski resorts are also easily accessible. Alex is a very friendly, helpful and flexible host. Conclusion: Top. Full recommendation.

the place is close to the train station and downtown. the room is comfortable, it has a nice cito balcony, we went to climb in Seefeld and we were able to take the free collective to stay there. the kitchen is super comfortable, only it has no extractor if you stay many days and want to cook something other than boiling it complicates with the smoke, but otherwise it is beautiful place to stay.

Christian’s apartment was a perfect landing spot in Seefeld. Very quick and easy walk to the train and restaurants. Hope to come back for a winter visit!

The place was very nice and clean with everything needed for multipleday stay. Especialy charming was the view from cozy balcony area that we enjoyed the most.

Perfect place to get away for a few days. Close by bus to Innsbruck and an incredible view of the Alps. The apartment was well maintained and the hot tub was spotless.

Visited for a weeks skiing - Christian was very helpful and the house was excellent. Super convenient to get to from the airport and ample parking. Place was much larger than we expected and with a truly bonkers amount of storage.

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking right outside the door and fully equipped house.

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

It's a lovely little apartment with everything you need right in the middle of Mieders. The skibus stops 100 m from the apartment. There is a Spar very close with everything you need. Hannes was very friendly and met up arival.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first minute. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows is very cozy and bright. Communication with the landlords was straightforward, they always responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back ;-)

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

We spent two nights at this apartment in Seefeld from April 28-30. We were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old and 8 months old). The apartment is fully as described – everything was clean, tidy, and all of the furniture and appliances worked perfectly. Special thanks to host Andreas: he always responded very quickly to messages (usually within 30 minutes), personally welcomed us, explained everything in detail and even provided a crib and high chair – that was very helpful. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Munde, and the area is pleasantly quiet. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Superb value for money. We have found no deficiencies and are happy to recommend this property.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Were in Innsbruck for the weekend. Easy check in, clean apartment. It is about 20 minutes to the city by tram. The apartment was perfect for our stay

we stayed with 3 people in the apartment. The sofa bed with topper is a great place to sleep for the 3rd and possibly 4th person. Everything is present in the apartment and it is very clean. A perfect stay for skiing in Seefeld. Also nice base for hiking in the karwendel area. Jan responds quickly and is friendly. Great price-quality ratio.
