Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Zionsville

All the additional instructions on how to use everything were a big plus, and we appreciate all the quick responses to the couple of questions we did have. Location was perfect for privacy but amazingly close to several conveniences from shopping to restaurants. Second time staying in this neighborhood, and we will be back. Thanks, Eric and DeeDee!

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

Beautiful space with a lot of room. Had a Christmas tree up which really made it feel homey and festive. We loved our stay here and will be reserving Gem on Pearl Street again in the future.

loved the house layout. great for cooking and family time... hottub was a plus, sheets smelled clean and pillows were nice. we needed a mixer for baking so they provided us with one. wish we could have stayed longer. The house was located in a beautiful area and super close to the grocery store!

We stayed at this Airbnb during the Christmas season, and it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The space was incredibly cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax during the holidays. The location was fantastic—set in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of nearby food options and shopping stores. We visit Indy every year, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We truly hope this gem is available the next time we need a place to stay! Highly recommend!

Alesia's place was perfect for our weekend in Indy. It wasn't far from downtown and had everything we needed to feel at home. Alesia was very responsive and helpful with something that came up while we were staying there as well.

Excellent from ck in to ck out! Host was awesome Literally reached out making sure we was able to get in easily and ck in later in evening to see if we needed anything, the place was very clean and bed was comfortable i have no complaints. i Will definitely be booking again when im in indy!!! The location was great, its right by shopping centers so very convenient!!!

Great condo in Carmel! Very homey and clean. The neighborhood is safe and pretty close to bars & restaurants in the Carmel Arts & Design District. I recommend staying here if you need a spot north of Indy!

AMAZING rental. Half mile walk through the skywalk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Large, comfortable living space. Bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Host was responsive. We made use of the theater in the building, which was comfortable and easy to use. Owner was quick to respond to the few questions we had along the way.

Perfect location with all that Main Street has to offer right outside the door without it being noisy! Also so close to christkindlmarket. Super comfortable stay with very accommodating and quickly responsive host. Thank you!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay! It’s in the perfect downtown location, walkable to many restaurants and close to the stadium. The place is very safe and secure being in a key-in only entry building. Brooke was very responsive when we got a little confused finding the garage. She’s very nice and helpful. Awesome city, awesome location. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great location! Loved the decor and treat selection. Bed is very comfy. The space heater in the living room was a nice little bonus… helped chase away the unusually chilly nights. We would definitely stay at the pink lotus again if we ever find ourselves back in Indy!

The place was in mid of fountain square very accessible for restaurants, downtown. The place had all amenities promised. It was clean, check in was easy, not too much hassle. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay
