You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her partner David (sometimes), golden doodle pup Forrest, and young adult daughter Suvi.
