OK, I think it’s worthwhile to explain what this place actually is… It is a massive beautiful house that really comfortably sleeps 10 people no problem that is inside a compound that is shared with a hotel on a hillside and the hotel is consisting of multiple little units on the hillside and this is one of three or four houses inside the compound and it has The perch on the very top of the hill. You are totally safe inside this compound. There is a gondola that takes you down to the beach and it is the southernmost tip of the main Estapa beach. This portion of the beach on the most southern side is also part of this hotel complex and has a restaurant with beach umbrellas, and all that and a lifeguard and a roped off swimming area and the swimming in the ocean is very mellow. The place comes with an incredible chef and his wife and one other lady does the cleaning and they are all super sweet. They live somewhere on the property but totally stay out of your way completely.

The place is with a good location at 2 Cuadras de playa very sure bonito everything worked well it was missing maintenance to the mosquito nets with 2 windows painting in some closet peq aesthetic details but only if I stayed to live I would demand it. it lacked like great toilet paper detail. The good is that the store is super close..but that's not the rest of the stay. It's very cozy ,beautiful and you are close to all the places to buy. have concierge service which orient and take good care of the cars and very kindly polite.

Beautiful, comfortable house. Private, quiet and safe area. The street is not named so it took a few minutes to find the first time. We had Google move the address provided to the gate you need to drive through so should be easier for future visitors. It's the only house on the street. Easiest to rent a car here. Restaurants and beaches are close but not close enough to want to walk in the June heat. Gabino, the caretaker, lives in an apartment downstairs and is always available when needed. For the price, we expected things to operate without us needing to ask like turning the hot water on, fixing the dishwasher, A/C units and wifi. We had a lot of cold showers, loud or leaking A/C units and wifi too slow to watch a video or open a webpage but Gabino miraculously fixed everything when asked. We should have asked for fixes much sooner. The pool is the perfect depth for kids and is right outside the living room which is amazing for watching them easily. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful home with an amazing view! I would give this home 10 stars if I could. Big plus is the delicious meals that Ms. Mari prepares and that you can enjoy in the beutiful patio. Host went out of his way to make us feel at home and accommodate an early arrival. He also recommend a great driver that made sightseeing very easy for us. Don't hesitate to book!

The condominium is excellent, quiet, familiar, clean, private, safe, incredible pool, the attention of the staff in the condominium super nice and attentive at all times. The only detail is with the GYM, a little high the cost if you train daily $200 pesos per day per person. But there is a GYM open to the public (GYM PALACE) nearby to be able to train, as a tourist you pay $400 pesos per week. As for the depto, it has everything you need to spend an incredible vacation, absolutely nothing is missing, very clean, beautiful, accessible since it is in a PB. The beach is very close, crossing the street, to enjoy all day and if you are lucky, you can enjoy the release of turtles. Karen is an excellent host, attentive and attentive all the time, she responds very quickly to solve any details. 100% recommended.

It is a nice place, easy access to the beach and good to enjoy the sea, I went in low season so after 6 a lot the flow of people, restaurants close, the pool is not heated so on winter date it is not enjoyed, it does not have internet in the rooms so if you appreciate having cable on the screens unfortunately during our stay we did not have technical faults, but still consider conventional antennas to have signal when it happens. The area is super great but if you go to Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo either for a walk or for shopping the return passas by military inspection area, it can be a good thing but the vdd makes it very nervous to go by every time. I will definitely return, Arturo is very attentive and kind. Thank you

An excellent place to rest. Everything is nearby and is a very quiet area. you have everything you need to make your stay comfortable, the only drawback I had was the intermittency of the wifi but nothing worrying. I would definitely come back and the host's service is always attentive and kind.

The house is very nice, comfortable, the bedroom sizes are very comfortable, the number of bathrooms is also very good. I agree that the photos don't do the spaces justice. The only thing is that the pool does not have a boiler or solar heater so at this time of the year it cannot be used as the water if it is very cold.

Nice to rest, the beach is a 5 min drive and Christian I was always attentive in communication. The well equipped kitchen. Overall a good option for a short trip.

one of my concerns was to take a place with WiFi that you do not have. On the card to check that it is inside the house there is even the WiFi key and everything but the device is not there. It would be important to say that it does not have any basic items such as comfort, washing rooms, things that when buying for a stay of 4 days left too much, I could reconsider those issues, the photos that appear of the rooms are not the same as the ones in the house

Luis and Jasmin, the house managers, were welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. Jasmin and her cleaning crew kept the bungalows and shared spaces spotless every day. The food was another highlight. Nazareth and Azu, the chefs, prepared delicious meals with so much care and accommodated special dietary needs and menu preferences effortlessly. Casa Marivent’s stunning ocean views, spacious layout, and top-tier service made it the perfect place to celebrate. If you’re looking for a magical, unforgettable experience with family and friends, I highly recommend this villa. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house!, the excellent location, is in Playa madera, which is the main one in Zihuatanejo, you have everything close, the market, restaurants, bars etc. Even so the house is very private, super spacious and with a beautiful view. The host Gaby and Leo are always very attentive to any situation. I highly recommend it and would come back ☺️

More than excellent, it has everything you need, the beds are extremely comfortable, each room with its bathroom and an extra shared, the kitchen is very well equipped with what you need and more, also of quite coarse kitchen utensils, between pots and pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, pots, etc., do not fight for anything, the staff of the very kind and helpful goal, they attended us spectacularly, I hope they keep renting a lot longer, we highly recommend it, they will not regret it, apart from the fact that the price is very accessible, we leave with an excellent impression and very grateful for the excellent treatment we receive.

This place is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff were amazing and so friendly and it is even more beautiful than the pictures! Beautiful huge kitchen and living and dining room that opens out to beach views and the beautiful pools- and with our own mini private pool on the balcony! My kids loved all the pools and we loved walking down to the beach just steps from the pool. You can open everything up and hear the ocean or close it up and rest in the A/C. We had so much fun and will definitely be back!

A very quiet place, private, safe and very nice. My family and I enjoyed a very good vacation mainly because of the tranquility that feels in the atmosphere. Perfect to rest and enjoy excellent sunsets and family moments. Zule is always very attentive. A place I'm sure to go back to. Recommended!
