Loft vacation rentals in Zhongshan District

Duncan is very accommodating. The place is perfect for big groups. It’s clean, and very convenient since it is near a 24 hour supermarket & convenience stores. Duncan also arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off which is very convenient. He also offered tours around the city.

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

The location and facilities are perfect. It is accessible enough to enjoy everything Ximending has to offer on foot. Everything is good because you can also walk to Taipei Jungang Station. There is a little distance enough to walk from Ximending Station to the accommodation for a walk, but there are many things to see and eat nearby, so I don't think it's too far away. The facility also seems to be enough for a family of four. There are a lot of words about the extra room, but in the case of us, it was useful. I think I will rebook when I visit Taiwan again. The owner was very attentive to our needs and was always accommodating.

Great location next to MRT and 101. Tons of food close by, from restaurants to night market to 101/Breeze. Host is very responsive. Good value for a stay in a great area of Taipei. Do note that bathroom and shower is on the small size, and water pressure can be improved.

My flight got in at 5:30 am in the morning and Lirong was very kind to allow a very early check in time. We needed an extra mattress and Lirong came back a few hours later with a brand new mattress! The place was very clean. She provided many extra things to make it feel like home-- extra instant coffee packs, tissue paper packs, toothbrushes and a full size toothpaste, extra cleaning supplies. We cooked breakfast and lunch for a good portion of our two week stay. There is a great supermarket just around the corner with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, anything you want. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, cooking oil and basic spices. It's very close to the MRT station. We will be back again.

It was an enjoyable trip. It was so nice when traveling with a group of friends. Thank you for the memories.

Worth staying, location is more convenient

Great stay! Plenty of room since it is split with a separate kitchen, living room, and loft. Plenty of natural light. Having an in-house washing machine was a huge plus especially if you pack light. Lots of food options in the area. Really close to a really good beef noodle soup place open 24 hours. Walking distance to the Ximending night market and Red House. The host was very responsive, the place was clean. It was nice to be on a higher floor so less concern for bugs. This place is best suited for younger couples since it isn't immediately near the Metro station. Overall wonderful place to stay.

Sheila’s place is perfectly located next to the MRT station with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The night market is also within 5 minutes of walking. The unit itself is exactly as described in the post- clean, comfortable, and conveniently and thoughtfully equipped with washer/dryer and bathroom drying feature. Sheila and her sister are wonderful hosts that communicate promptly and clearly.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and easy. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, transport, and key sights. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Grat value for the money, now I know why this listing got so many positive review. it's very strategic, clean and everything worked perfectly. , Nini even provide microwave when I asked about it. it also have electric bidets like japanese toilet that clean with warm water. very recommended!

This is the first time I've stayed in a room so comfortable! Phillips is very kind and friendly, and the room is filled with thoughtful amenities and clever touches that show great attention to detail. Above all, the room is clean and easy to use, and it's conveniently close to the station. I also loved being able to hang laundry on the rooftop! I would like to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay, Phillips is the perfect host. The place was so clean and he even stocked it with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and more; even some fruits and drinks in the fridge. I had everything I needed, from dishes to towels to laundry liquid. He always responded instantly to any messages I sent and during the big earthquake he had messaged me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay. Upon check-in he was waiting outside the apartment to greet me and proceeded to show me everything I needed to know, including how to work the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was functioning correctly and most things were brand new. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Taipei, especially students as it's a 5 minute walk to NTNU. Phillips really goes out of his way to do everything he can to make your stay as good as it can be, 5*

We enjoyed our three week stay, was a convenient spot and great value for money.

The hotel is also cheap, and I wanted Airbnb to be better, so I stayed at the accommodation! It's cleaner and better than I thought, so it's good if you want to stay with friends for a good value. The host was so kind and the photos were good, so I was able to do it without difficulty at all. Above all, the location is really good, and having a washing machine is the best!

Small room but should be okay for 2, walking distance to ximending walking street, also cute posters/wall art. Everything was fine. Recommended.

A few minutes walk from the MTC at NTNU, I stayed with Philips for a number of months, he was always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Place is great, inside the Shida night market, lots of great food, close to a metro, overall great place. If I come back to Taipei would stay again! Thanks!!

If you're in Taipei, the location of the B&B is really great, it's just a short walk from Ximen Station, very convenient!The room is cozy and Renny's response is quick ~
