This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for enjoying the night view of the Qingjing Farm, the host, Grandpa, was very welcoming and gave us a lot of advice, unfortunately the time to stay in the local area was too short, otherwise I will definitely go around according to my husband's advice ~

It's neat and pretty. Most importantly, the location is great. All the restaurants in Simeon, including Ajongmyeon, are within a 5-minute walk, and Carrefour, PX Mart, convenience stores, and Starbucks are all within one block. The hot water comes out really well, and the water pressure is great. The towel was a thin, disposable towel, but it was better to use than it looked. The bed is located on the second floor, so I think only those with leg problems should be careful.

Lovely units. We got the 12th floor unit with two rooms and one bathroom and the 13th floor two bed rooms with bathroom. Clean and comfy beds. We felt right at home. Amenties were complete. Right across the street from ximending.

My flight got in at 5:30 am in the morning and Lirong was very kind to allow a very early check in time. We needed an extra mattress and Lirong came back a few hours later with a brand new mattress! The place was very clean. She provided many extra things to make it feel like home-- extra instant coffee packs, tissue paper packs, toothbrushes and a full size toothpaste, extra cleaning supplies. We cooked breakfast and lunch for a good portion of our two week stay. There is a great supermarket just around the corner with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, anything you want. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, cooking oil and basic spices. It's very close to the MRT station. We will be back again.

The room was clean and very spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. It comes with a free pocket WiFi that you can bring while on tour—though we didn’t use it since we all had eSIMs. We appreciated the NTD500 EasyCard gift from the host, which was a nice touch. The place also provides slippers and plenty of tissues, which was convenient. One thoughtful detail was the cabinet full of paper bags and plastics that you can use for shopping, especially since most stores charge for packaging. Overall, the place was nice, comfortable, and had great lighting too.

We had an amazing time staying in this place. It has everything we needed - near Ximen walking district, peaceful area, secured building, great and very responsive hosts, comfortable soft beds, complete appliances and very clean unit. We felt right at home! No wonder the place is almost fully booked. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, or tall, you may be a bit bothered - location is along main roads and the ceiling is loft type (low). It worked just fine with us though. My kids totally loved the interior! and being a clean freak myself, I was satisfied with its cleanliness. 100% recommended! We’ll stay here again, no hesitations. Plus, it has an elevator. 💯

This is the first time I've stayed in a room so comfortable! Phillips is very kind and friendly, and the room is filled with thoughtful amenities and clever touches that show great attention to detail. Above all, the room is clean and easy to use, and it's conveniently close to the station. I also loved being able to hang laundry on the rooftop! I would like to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay at Sheila's apartment, which was as described and shown in the listing. It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. There were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, tissues, etc. Communication was seamless. The location is excellent with instant access to Songshan rail, MRT, and bus depot making it quick to get to other parts of the city. Sometimes there is scooter noise that came through the windows, but as a city person I quickly got used to this. I found the floor mattress to be very comfortable and took note of the brand. The shades are not blackout, although the apartment does not get much sunlight due to the surrounding buildings. You can log in to YouTube on the TV, use a thumb drive, or watch other channels on MyVideo box. The WiFi and TV usually worked well, but occasionally needed to be reset. Overall, the apartment met my high expectations and I would gladly return.

Best place to stay near Q Square Mall n Taipei Main Station. very easy to travel around from there. Owner is responsive n quick to answer all enquires. Also a lot of Hello Kitty plush. Best for Family. Cheers.

Excellent location to access Ximending area restaurants and stores. Carrefour is just down the block and also has restaurants within. I bought ChiaTe pineapple cake for gifts back home there on our last day. Recommend Santa Cruz Organic food store nearby too for organic choices. Location also excellent to access buses, direct to blue and green MRT line (and from there, all the MRT lines). It worked well for every touristy place we wanted to visit. Vivian’s place was a great fit for us because it actually has two bedrooms so accommodated us with our adult son well. There’s not a solid wall between the upper loft and lower bedroom but there is a thick curtain and sliding doors to both bedrooms to separate from living area. The kitchen was efficient and perfect for us to have breakfast there. Shower was nice and roomy. Lots of storage. Washing machines/dryer was useful for us too. Lastly, we loved the massage chair, so great after a long day out! Thanks, Vivian, for hosting us!

It would have been a good choice if it was just a place to rest.

The hotel is also cheap, and I wanted Airbnb to be better, so I stayed at the accommodation! It's cleaner and better than I thought, so it's good if you want to stay with friends for a good value. The host was so kind and the photos were good, so I was able to do it without difficulty at all. Above all, the location is really good, and having a washing machine is the best!

The host is very helpful, neighborhood is very local and not that far from the center. No elevator, shared bath room is downstairs, if you are okay with it, it would be the best option in cheap price!! And the shared balcony is spacious, I love it too.

Spacious, comfortable, and homely, the owner is kind and provides all the information you need, you can walk to many places, great location!

There are many breakfast shop near the house, and also bus station and youbike station. The entrance is narrow, but the nice old lady neighbor will say hello to you. The house is a little wet, but the hot water is convenient.
