Condo vacation rentals in Zaachila

Perfect location. We were able to walk into town to restaurants. Many little corner shops nearby. Large grocery store about 5 minute walk away. Area was very secure. Locked gate let you into a beautiful courtyard with multiple apartments. Each apartment had their own outdoor sitting area and then a communal area as well. The place was decorated for Day of the Dead and even an altar was set up in the communal area. Overall it was a great stay with no Airbnb issues.

Leticia was an excellent host. Her love of Oaxaca is evident in her sharing all the things to do in this unique city. She provided a lot of information directly to her guests, which included, restaurant suggestions, landmarks to make sure are on your list, updating you of festivals occurring during your stay and details about the markets which offer something to everyone. I would return in the future as a guest. Thanks

With respect to the apartment, everything was excellent, nothing to say, very clean, nice and quiet. Gabriela and her husband are excellent hosts, very attentive, always attentive and supported us in leaving early. I would not hesitate to return.

The service was excellent, from the arrival they were attentive as well as during our stay, answering any questions we had. The place was cozy and with everything you need to have a more than pleasant stay. I would definitely come back on my next visit to Oaxaca.

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.

Great location. Close to the Santo Domingo church and center. There are no stores nearby, try to bring water before you arrive. Parking on the street in front of the house. Highly recommended for walking around and touring downtown Oaxaca. A plus, pets are allowed.

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

We enjoyed our month stay at Andre’s…it was a peaceful & pleasant location…the place was clean & very well organized…we took cabs & buses to the historic center about 25 minute journey to the zocalo…there are many shops & restaurants in walking distance…thanks for providing a great place…we especially enjoyed winding down, enjoying the view from the upstairs terrace 😊

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

Excellent place to stay! Totally recommended. The hosts are very friendly and always in touch. Also, if you need any help, don't hesitate to ask them. The place is awesome; the room was clean and very spacious.

Fernando was always kind and helped us with everything we needed. We asked him to make a campfire and he helped us by getting the firewood and setting it up. In fact, the house is more spacious and beautiful, more than what you see in the photos. Everything was great: the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the large garden. There were only two details that could be improved: hot water doesn't come out of the shower all the time and the pool water looked slightly cloudy. Everything else was excellent, I would stay there again, we really liked the house and the service.

The good: clean, good location, responsive, great to have a small, well-equipped kitchen. The bad: as they warned-many tall stairs, stairs appearing in very unusual places, -dogs barking at night, -occasionally noisy neighbors who left outdoor lights on that shined into the bedroom. Pool was pleasant until water got so cloudy it was unusable

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

We had a great stay. The air bnb was very comfortable and in an excellent location to the central area of Oaxaca. Communication was very easy and we had an excellent time. Highly recommend!

Had a perfect stay! Very peaceful and quiet spot in a sometimes chaotic city centre (in a positive way). Booked for three nights en ended up extending one. Very kind staff helping you out with anything you need. Would definitely recommend!
