Our family stayed at Jesse’s condo for just over a week. We highly recommend staying at this property. We have stayed at numerous rentals in Mexico and this condo was the most well stocked/equipped one we have seen. The kitchen has everything you would need to properly cook full meals. It was so nice to have access to things like cooking oil, spices, aluminum foil, etc. There was an array of pots and pans, tons of cutlery and varying sizes of glasses/wine glasses, you name it. Having access to a washer and dryer was fantastic and it was so appreciated to be provided with laundry soap and other cleaning supplies. The condo was spotless upon arrival and you can tell the place is very well maintained by the owners. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by Jesse. His communication was great and he was helpful and answered questions when needed. The condo neighborhood is quiet at night and the area is very walkable to nearby Santa Cruz shops/cafes/beach.

I loved this beach house! It was just as described, actually more charming than I expected. Alfredo and Chiara are excellent hosts. I felt right at home. Any questions or inquiries I had were quickly addressed by Alfredo. It was so worth the money spent and it literally a few minutes (3-4) from a fabulous beach! The apartment is very well equipped, it has amenities that facilitate the stay. it is very close to the dream hotels and Barcelo so there is no problem to catch taxi, it is somewhat far from the center and does not have direct access to the beach but very close. Maya is always attentive, very good service!! would definitely come back 😁

The place is very nice, it is very rustic, you find in the cabin everything you need to be comfortable, if you stay several days in the place I recommend bringing food from the nearest town, as Juan Carlos recommended. The internet is very good, no phone signal, only wifi in the home. Due to the location it is also advisable to carry mosquito repellent.

An excellent place to rest, comfortable and in an excellent location. We felt very comfortable during your stay. Jessica was very friendly and attentive all the time. If what you want is a quiet place close to the beach and different destinations, this is the perfect place.

This villa was absolutely fantastic in every way imaginable. The location and amenities were perfect. From the property manager Dimas, to the friendly cleaning and maintenance staff, everything was top notch and exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do justice to how truly spectacular this property is. We always felt safe and secure, slept soundly every night and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury and privacy in a very special part of Mexico.

I always love staying at Palacio. It's my top choice for condos in Huatulco. Raquel's place is furnished very comfortably and had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, including an air fryer, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Internet was solid enough to work on two computers simultaneously and worked for streaming on multiple devices. Bed was comfy. Beach supplies provided-- we really enjoyed the chairs. Great AC. Really nice pool and courtyard area, always pristine. Plenty of hot water. Better than average water pressure for Mexico. Parking lot. Very safe area. Raquel was quick to help out with a couple of tiny glitches when we arrived. She even ordered dishwasher detergent to be delivered when the store was out! Overall the stay was super comfortable and enjoyable. Lots of space, lots of storage, easy to book a maid, playa tangolunda is a 10 min walk, town is a 10 min drive-- all around a very chill, quiet, relaxing place.
