Very spacious neat & tidy place, beautiful garden & fully equipped kitchen. Responsive host. Peaceful & quiet deck area. Very close to shops.

We had a lovely stay at Tiffany’s. The house was clean and comfortable and we found them to be very responsive.

We had a fabulous stay at Tuscany on Tinaroo. It accommodated our group beautifully and is seriously a slice of paradise on the lake. Highly recommend this property.

Very attentive host! The place was plenty spacious enough for myself and two workmates, and Terese made sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay.

Very helpful and welcoming host, Gave us very clear instructions so we knew exactly what to do. When we entered the place, we thought to ourselves, gosh, wish we can build a place like this one day. They had literally everything available in her kitchen, and for your daily needs. I would suggest this place more for a family gathering or a larger group gathering, because it has a lot of space, but as a couple, we enjoyed the space a lot too.

Beautiful and modern house just next to the lake. Well designed too, very spacious. Large outdoor area. Well equipped too, we can’t fault, definitely will be back

Absolutely loved the private all around fence felt very secure and safe and great big back yard my dog was running around everywhere. I was a bit like oh no no air conditioning but did not need it at all!!! It was so cool soon as the sun went down it was just a nice cool breeze all throughout the house I slept really well would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing and roomy accomodation. Two wings.. the main living area and a main bedroom with three separate bedroom in the next wing. Separate toilet and shower in both wings. Kerrie is extremely helpful if things aren’t quite as they should be she had them rectified immediately. No hassles or fuss. Thank you for letting my family use your fantastic home for Easter 2025

If you’ve been scrolling through listings searching for a fabulous family place or one which suits a large group, then you’ve found it. There were four adults and five children in our family and this place still had plenty of room to spare. It’s clean, comfortable, cosy, quiet, relaxing, homely and has absolutely everything you need. If you wish to cook up a feast, it has a pizza oven and even a thermomix! The outdoor entertainment area is awesome and so easy to be outside watching kids roll around on the grass or use the kayaks. The kids reported their bunk room to be better than any they’ve ever used & that’s coming from teenagers. The room is seperate to the other bedrooms so the squealing, laughing & ridiculous dancing is all contained for adults to have quiet space in the pretty surroundings. Ric and Jilly were excellent hosts and we have found a place to return if we’re in the area again. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven. 🤗🤗

We absolutely loved our stay at Misty Hills. We stayed 3 nights with our 2 young children and dog. We felt very relaxed and the highlight was the beautiful outdoor bath and views over the lake. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel Welcome. The kids especially loved playing with their gorgeous dog Rosie ☺️

Cassi is a wonderful host with a wonderful place! She was friendly in communication and answered my random questions regarding coffee machines. She kept me up to date and was super helpful. The place is stunning - perfect location on the lake, close to the main village for a coffee and friendly locals, the house beautiful inside and out - we spent many hours on the back deck enjoying the view, sharing meals and playing card games or under the deck playing ping pong. Perfect weather for sight seeing and even when it rained (Cassi can’t help the weather!!), we didn’t feel cooped up -we were able to sit on the deck without getting wet. Beautifully presented and allowing for relaxed living and quality time with friends and family. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of appliances and kitchenware that we had everything we needed. Will 100% be back!

We had such a lovely stay at Wild River. The kids loved the house, the outdoor space and the river nearby. None of us wanted to leave and felt like 4 days was not long enough. Bruce and Jane are wonderful hosts and thought of everything you could need!! Everything you needed to really relax and enjoy the surroundings was there and easily found. Can't wait to come again

This place was like being a million miles away. It was so peaceful & quiet. It was lovely & cool - such a nice break away from the heat in Cairns. Loved hearing the birds of a morning & seeing the kangaroos just grazing. The barn had everything we needed which was perfect. Helen’s homemade marmalade was amazing. lt’s great to stay somewhere we can take our dog also - he loved it! Can’t wait to come back to this bit of paradise again one day. Thank you to Alec & Helen - your place was beautiful.

Kona and I had a wonderful stay at Jane's in Herberton. Jane was very welcoming, the place was secluded and relaxing, had good ammenties and delicious breakfast supplies. We also enjoyed making friends with the resident donkey, cow and dogs. Would happily stay again. Thank you :)

What a wonderful, peaceful stay! Surrounded by green trees and garden with local birdlife. Very comfortable home with many relaxing lounges to chill. Great entertainment system enjoyed by adults and children alike! Highly recommend for a peaceful stay.
