Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ypsilanti

Fantastic place for our family of five to spend an unexpected Christmas in Ann Arbor. The house is clean, fresh, warm, and attractive. Furnishings are high quality and functional. Comfy Michigan-themed blankets. Comfortable beds, large beautiful dining table. Attractive kitchen with great stove, nespresso(!) high quality cookware. Basement, which has two beds and an air mattress, does not feel like a basement…totally dry, warm, cozy and nice with a second TV . Incredible location - 1 min to all our favorite coffee and restaurants in AA. Host was responsive and flexible. 

Only one full bath, but there is a second 1/2 bath so you can make it work, even with a large group. Not an issue for us.

Overall, this is an A+ stay in A2!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We felt immediately at home. The home was clean, comfortable, and even decorated for Christmas. It was wonderful to spend time there with our family.

Great home base for family visiting to see the Lions take on the Vikings at Ford Field. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was clean and comfy.

We had a great stay at Roger’s house. Pictures were accurate and house was as described. We had a lot of fun using the downstairs game room. Roger was quick to communicate and answer any questions!

Great experience. My husband rented the home for a week while working on a city project in Amherstburg. 7 men stayed at the home and they loved it. Very relaxing after a hard days work. Such a beautiful space to stay! We had 4 kids and a small toddler. It was set up perfect for the kids, lots of toys, puzzles, and things for them to do. Sleeping arrangements were perfect! Loved our stay!

I had a great stay at Ro and Oksana's apartment. Despite temps below 0F, the unit was easily kept warm with the supplemental heaters turned on before I arrived. Great location for my work just west of Ann Arbor and minutes from my daily coffee stop (Dozer). The apartment was comfortable, and well maintained. Will plan to stay again.

A very nice and clean up-to-date space with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of extras including towels, paper goods, even some handy snacks. Kathleen was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we expect to return for a future visit.

Daniel’s home was an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The detailed instructions made everything seamless, and the space itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like bottled water, coffee, and tea. The Dish Network and streaming options were a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Daniel’s communication was prompt and thorough, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Alpha is wonderful! This is the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfy, and Laura was very responsive and welcoming. We really appreciated the extra touches like the snacks and light breakfast. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Annie's place was perfect for a weekend trip to Ann Arbor. It was clean and cozy, and it was very easy to get into downtown Ann Arbor by car (just 5-10 minutes!). Annie was super friendly and accommodating, too. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was one of if not the best Airbnb I’ve been to. Very beautiful, a great place that felt like home and it was private which was a plus. I can assure you that I would book this place again!!

What an amazing place! Clean, bright and spacious but cozy at the same time. Lots to do in the area and getting an Uber was a breeze. Justin was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

Hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect. Very close, walkable distance to lots of entertainment. Very clean. Quiet, but right in the heart of excitement!

This is the best AIRBNB I’ve ever stayed in for the price in Detroit. It only has ONE drawback, the place doesn’t have any parking. There’s a vacant lot next door but it isn’t designed for parking. We parked there at our own risk.

Peter’s place was perfect for us attending the football game. Close to the stadium and downtown Ann Harbor. His place was clean and well maintained. Only suggestion would be better beds but we would definitely stay there again .
