Our stay was amazing. Traci always responded in quick timing with any questions that I had and very considerate in letting me know about their ranch dog. Very friendly by the way. I Love dogs so I didn’t mind them having her out when needed. The place was very spacious and beautiful. Worth every penny.

Pherl’s home is truly home away from home. She has thought of everything including, spices, any kitchen item you could want or need and even extensions cords in the bedrooms. The home is lovely, the setting peaceful and quaint. We know that we will be back!!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! This Airbnb was incredibly clean and well-maintained. From the moment we walked in, the scent was fresh, crisp, and welcoming. Nora was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and attentive to every need. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine: toys for all ages, a pool, board games, and more. The kitchen was a dream. Every utensil you could need was provided, and everything was neatly organized and clearly labeled. We especially loved using the Ninja blender—such a game changer! And the non-stick pots were amazing—I need to find out the brand so I can get a set for my own kitchen! This place made our stay super comfortable and fun. Highly recommend booking with Nora!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect size for our group. Had a few scorpion encounters in the home, but that was the only downside. Very private location perfect for enjoying the pool and a campfire in the evening.

This was one of our favorite places to stay ever for so many reasons - Laura was the best host. Very accommodating and helpful! The house was very clean and well taken care of. The pictures just don’t justice for do the beauty of the water and the view. I wish I could sit outside and watch the sun go down every night. There are a lot of seating areas outside and those avocado chairs are more comfortable than they look! We truly enjoyed staying here and we hope to come back soon!

We loved the location close to downtown and the space was perfect for 3 couples to have their own fairly separate bedrooms. We knew from the photos it might be a little dark (with drapes drawn). But the A/C was strong and cool and in the Texas heat. The kitchen and baths were newish and clean - very nice for an older historic home! Wish there had been more furniture in the living room for hanging out. There was a nice large sofa for TV but no other chairs for a group to enjoy conversation so we had to sit side by side on the sofa or bring in dining chairs. The only other issue is that the trains run through Victoria and the blow their whistles in the middle of the night! Bring your ear plugs! I would stay there again. Hosts were fantastic.

We loved this gorgeous space to call home for a few days while visiting family in Seguin. We enjoyed peaceful early morning walks in the quiet neighborhood where we admired the trees and various birds that nest along the river. It was quiet and clean. Vicki was a great host and very responsive. A unique home up on stilts so not the best if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, it's a great spot

This place was absolutely perfect!! Very clean and cozy AND QUIET. I rented the cabin for my elderly in-laws and they were very pleased. The cabin is tucked down at the end of a quiet little lane and there was plenty of room for a truck, boat and a car. Out in front was a BEAUTIFUL rose garden. It was so beautiful with the climbing roses. We would and probably will be renting there again. Mark was VERY helpful and responsive. A very trustworthy host!

We found the home to be clean and orderly. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. There is a nice table in the dining room that is perfect for games and meals. The kitchen contained adequate cookware and utensils for food preparation. The pool is ideally sized for lounging. The house is large enough that the bedrooms are not disturbed by the living area. A/C kept pace with the humidity of Texas. Home overlooks a golf course that was nice for watching. Location is about 20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Neighborhood is clean and well kept. We give five stars. Owner provided excellent coffee! Bath mats are needed in bathrooms as the tile floor is slick when wet.
