From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

Amazing place and amazing team! The unit is spacious, very clean, internet, aircon and water pressure work really great, and when the night you can see across the lake and found a beautiful night light in front of Sheraton hotel. Its gives a really romantic vibes! I wish every airbnb wherever i go had this kind of charm unit and great team!

Located in a Nice area of "West Lake", where there were many restaurants, and had good vibe of neighborhood that felt home. With Grab/transportation it is easy to reach touristic destinations. Thus to those who wish to stay in a area that "feels home" Miss Nguyens place is highly recommended. Also plus is that general manager Mr. Cuong is very helpful and kind manager who will assist you if any issues arise. Thus hence I understand why Miss Nguyens place is known as "Guest Favorite" and lives up to its name.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this place with its fabulous view over Tay Ho (West Lake). The fixtures and fittings are a bit dated but it’s spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed is a good size and very comfortable. It’s a big expat teacher area so the local eateries do cater more for western tastes but they’re very good and also popular with the locals. For Vietnamese food you just need to walk a little further. Despite the large expat community it is away from the tourists so a really nice neighbourhood with lakeside walks. The local mall is only 10-15 mins walk away. Throughout my stay the Host, Natalie, was excellent - friendly, supportive and responsive. I would have no hesitation in staying here again

I live in Vietnam. It's usually a hotel when I leave Hanoi on the weekend, but this time I used Airbnb and I'm satisfied. Of course, it's not a hotel, so it's not a must, but I thought it would be nice to have a hair dryer. That's it!

Phuong was a wonderul host. One of the best I had. The unit is in the great location. Make sure to stay there over the weekend. Lots of food, shopping, cafes. Strongly recommend.

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

We had a beautiful stay in Hanoi! We actually didn’t stay at this listing in the end as the accommodation had a pipes issue before we arrived, but the host moved us to a different airbnb that was the same size and style in a similar location so we were happy. It was beautiful, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

The following comfort has been given to the use of the accommodation. 1. Go not far from Midding (Koreatown) 2. There is a nearby Korean market 3. With WinMarket, a local market. There are many fruits and crabs in the accommodation complex, High Land, a local Vietnamese franchise coffee shop is close by. 4. Use the beautiful lake promenade when walking 5. Smoking on the terrace 6. Conveniently use the living utensils specified in the description at the time of booking (Rice cooker, electric kettle, electric induction, pot, frying pan, chopstick, spoon, hair dryer, etc.....) 7. Good host who is friendly and responsive

this place is soooooo great! the beautifully designed interior is very stylish, yet harmonious and tranquil. we felt at home right away. they couldnt have designed this appartment more beautufully. we loved the balcony full of plants, and the many trees! made you feel like being in a park. they have a waterfilter so you can dtink delicious wayer all day!

The property has amazing city view. Its actually little far from main city but its fine as we chose this. Its really difficult to find spacious property in old quarters. We used grab and price was not that much high. The best part is that host provided drinking water.

Beautiful room design, responsive and friendly host

The apartment is functional very well decorated and clean. The residential area is quiet and very beautiful and modern. The accommodation is located 30 minutes by car from the center of Hanoi which is quite close and allows you to stay a little away from the noise of the center.
