I loved the house, it really is better than what you see in the photos, it is spacious and very comfortable, Angelica is super attentive at all times, Mrs. Cande who helped us with the cleaning was super attentive, she helped us cook, she had everything clean, I loved staying here I felt very comfortable and calm.

The place is undoubtedly more beautiful than in the photos, everything is super clean and beautiful. Mr. Alejandro and his wife are a sweetheart, excellent hosts, accessible and attentive to our needs at all times. My family and I were very happy.

Vladimir was always attentive to us, giving us tips to make the most of the house. In addition, Mr. José welcomed us very kindly, making us feel welcome from the first moment. The house is very nice, with lovely gardens and corners that invite you to explore and discover new spaces little by little. We were lucky enough to enjoy perfect weather, which allowed us to take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. While the water wasn't completely crystal clear, it was enough to refresh us and have a lot of fun times. It is evident that the place was conceived with the vision of an architect, as each corner reflects a carefully thought-out design. The upstairs room offers a breathtaking view of the Tlayacapan landscape, and the sunsets from there are simply spectacular. If you are looking to wake up with the first rays of the sun, this is the place.

An incredible place to rest and disconnect from the city, the photos don't do justice to the beautiful view it has, the pool-jacuzzi are excellent, the place has everything you need to cook or places nearby to go out to eat and Gladys' hospitality was extraordinary.

Excellent choice, one of the best there is!!!! EXCELLENT: Although the pool does not have a boiler, the solar heater kept the Jacuzzi hot (with delicious hydromassage!). The pool is warm and very cool. The pool table, ping pong table, foosball, soccer field, squash court, basketball court and children's area are all worth it!!!! Many green areas, many very clean rooms and all with mosquito nets, the barbecue has firewood. Private parking. Mr. Efrén is extremely friendly HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. WE'LL BE BACK!!! CONSIDER: The kitchen is very small, so large families have to carry the food to the barbecue area, but there are several steps and it can be tiring. The wifi is non-existent in most of the house. Bring several tennis balls, soccer ball and basketball to enjoy to the fullest. There are no department stores nearby, they are 20-30 minutes away. Take everything at once!! Don't forget bug repellent

Patty's house is very nice, the jacuzzi was our favorite place, everything was very clean and tidy, thank you for all your attention Patty.

The house matched the photos perfectly. Marco was always attentive to our needs and doubts, he always showed openness for any concerns. I was made a fair value of the cost of our stay vs what was offered. The only suggestion is the mattresses as they were somewhat “hard” and they did not allow us to rest as we would have wished.

It's a place that I loved, the garden space is phenomenal, you feel a lot of peace when you see the panorama, the mountain in front. The house has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable. I was able to spend a fantastic time of reflection, connection and writing. Bonus: my dogs were very happy running around the garden. Thanks Sandra!! Another plus: There's delicious food around. 100% recommended!

Where to begin! We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and engagement over 4 days, and I’m not sure we could have found something more perfect. :) In addition to the stay itself, Ana coordinated one day for some exploration in nearby Cuernavaca (the state capital of Morelos), and another day for a cooking class (along with poolside hangs and massages). Her staff is incredible and accommodating (we felt absolutely pampered); the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and relaxing; the land/space itself is jaw-droppingly gorgeous; and my only wish is that we’d stayed a little longer to continue exploring Tepotzlán. We will no doubt find a way to return someday! :) Thank you so much again, Ana and crew!!! beautiful place, very careful. there is a very friendly sr who is in charge of watering the garden every day in the morning and ignites the boiler.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Tepotzlan. The main house has 3 large bedrooms upstairs and the 4th that doubles as a library is just outside off the patio. The 5th bedroom is in the pool house and is the only one with double beds. We loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite making it convenient for our large group. A staff member met us at checkin to show us how to use the key and lock which was very helpful! We would highly recommend staying here!

First-class host, he leaves trained staff in charge, but above all, they are friendly and cordial. Accommodation with everything you need and more, it leaves you water in the rooms, towels and toilet paper. The kitchen has everything you need. To enjoy with family and a pleasant rest. The stay in this house is great, we have already been here on other occasions and it has become our favorite place to spend family rest days and my son has a lot of fun in the pool. Pablo is an excellent host as well as the people who work with him. The house is clean as always, the kitchen is super well equipped.

A space surrounded by nature ideal to disconnect a little. We went with our dog and everything was perfect. The place was very clean and very well kept.

We loved this place! The bungalow is very comfortable and perfect for couples. What stands out the most is the beautiful garden and its outdoor areas: dining room, chairs, hammock, swimming pool. Communication was clear and fast, with all the necessary instructions and recommendations to enjoy our stay. The hosts were very attentive before, during and after our stay. We really enjoyed our visit :)

Lilian’s casita was so nice and the place itself is beautiful, loved all the trees and plants that surround the place, theres parking and its walking distance from Tepoz downtown.

It is a super nice large and comfortable house, it has everything you need, my whole family 😊 liked it I recommend requesting the boiler service. We had topics with the boiler and pump but the managers responded instantly and it was super quick I would choose it once more without a doubt.
