I had a great holiday stay with my little family. I brought along my two kids (6 and 5 years old), and the house was very kid-friendly and safe, with minimal hazards. It was spacious enough for the four of us and located in a peaceful, quiet area. There were plenty of nearby parks with playgrounds for the kids to enjoy. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cooking tools, which made meal prep easy. The environment was clean, and the TV offered a wide selection of shows, the host even let us use their account to access great movies. The fridge was stocked with cold water and ice cubes, which was really convenient. The hosts were caring and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to parents traveling with young children

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

We had the best couple of weeks at the beach house. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host Karin was so nice, she was always on hand to answer any questions and sent us lots of things to do. Perfect 🤩

We had a lovely stay at Lyn’s place. Lyn was very thoughtful, making sure that we felt comfortable during our stay. We were so thankful that were baby amenities available (high chair, cot etc) and Lyn even prepared books suitable for our toddler. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided. Lesa's place was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for a low key girls weekend and barely left the beautiful balcony with uninterrupted ocean views as far as the eye can see. The kitchen was the best equipped one I've ever encountered and had everything you could possibly need. The quality, cleanliness and comfortability of the linen, towels, couches etc cannot be understated. It was absolutely luxurious and the nicest touches in every room didn't go unnoticed. We all commented on how well we slept with the sound of waves crashing and on those comfy beds and pillows! Plenty of space for everyone to chill and also come together for meals etc. Lesa was great to deal with as well, super responsive and very clear instructions for everything we needed. Cannot fault a single thing about this place - book it now!

We came to Perth to visit family and Helen’s place made it a really nice stay. I really felt at home there, and looked forward to going back each day. The house has a front balcony that overlooks the ocean with chairs to enjoy the view. The rooms were cozy, and the place felt very clean. My fave spot was the backyard, with a beautiful garden and lounges. It felt really quiet and private. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, will definitely stay again!

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Central location in Leederville and the studio was perfect for a nights rest after a big flight. Comfortable bed and neat amenities. Highly recommended!

A fantastic little unit attached to the back of the house. Own seperate entry. Had everything needed for my 5 day trip. Washing machine, split systems in both rooms… did try the pool but bloody freezing even on a 40 degree day..joys of concrete. River and the end of the street with walking path. No complaints at all

Kasia’s gorgeous little apartment is the perfect little get away in the city with access to great venues and walking distance to the CBD and sporting venues. The little details like butter in the fridge and a selection of breakfast cereals is a nice little and welcome touch. The very clean, gorgeous smelling unit is perfect for couples or for a small family of 4 like ours. We would certainly stay again and again if needed and available. The only tip for future guests like us with a larger 4WD, the 1.92m limit in the car basement made it a little challenge with only being able to exit via the main entry so keep that in mind. Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday! It was a great location which is an easy walk to some excellent spots to see in Perth. The accommodation is exactly as described and we felt right at home. Mel was really responsive and gave extremely clear directions. Overall we had a great experience!!

Amanda’s place was neat and attractive, very well supplied for a guest even down to condiments in the fridge and pantry. The king size bed was out of this world comfortable.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
