Naomi's house was great for our short stay. A lovely house with spacious areas throughout and a relaxing outdoor area near the pool, and was also nice and quiet location whilst also being walkig distance to the local restaurants and the foreshore. Would happily recommend to others and would stay again in the future.

Lovely and clean and close to all amenities. Rick was amazing to deal with.

A great place to stay close to town and the pool was great

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home,private,homely,spacious and relaxing. So close to the town but felt out on our own away from the hustle and bustle,felt like a home. Very relaxing space and had everything we needed and more. Outdoor area was perfect, great entertaining area to have lunch/dinner and relax or enjoy the stunning pool area which we enjoyed each day. Tania couldn’t have been more helpful with everything and so friendly to chat to, definitely will be back

place was brilliant the backyard was huge and the pool was deep and a stunning blue colour it was picturesque. if shade cloths could be added for summer that might make it even better just cause we hit a bit of a slight heatwave at the end of the stay and the ground from the door to the pool was blistering hot

Incredibly peaceful & stunning surroundings! Close to everything but also far enough to truly relax... house was super well equipped - lots of kitchen additions that made food prep simple & extra towels etc. Fave part was the sense of privacy & separate areas within the house - great for a connected family getaway! x

Thank you Cathy. Casablanca is a gorgeous home in a beautiful location right on the beach . We had so much fun as a family in such a relaxing environment. We will definitely come back and try to finish the jigsaw puzzle next time, we were so close but ran out of time . Regards from all of the Duffield family x

Our place was exceptional and met every need we had. With a family wedding to attend, our party of 5 all had our own bathroom which was brilliant and something I really wanted but didn’t think I could find. The home itself is exceptional in its presentation and equipment on offer. Very clean. If I could give Wayne a 6 star out of 5 for his service, I would. Thanks for making our stay so good and helping out over and beyond the usual.

A great place for my family to share time together. This was our second time here. There was plenty of space, close to the ocean and walking distance to town. Pam was helpful and a good point of contact. The property is well equipped for self catering.

This property ticked all our boxes. We had a lovely time with family and friends who currently live in Perth, Sydney and Wales (UK). The property was spacious with enough room for 6 adults without being crowded. Outside living area was shaded and well kitted out with BBQ, eating and seating area. There was ample crockery/ pots and pans etc to cook when we wanted, with a good store of basics to start cooking (soy sauce, spices etc). Dan and Erica have really thought of everything. If we wanted anything Dan was super responsive. Being able to walk to the sandy beach was a bonus. Busselton itself was worth seeing, and a great base to visit the Margaret River area wineries and caves. Thank you very much for the lovely memories .

The property was convenient to everywhere that we wanted to go nice and spacious and easy to navigate round the space already work for our family the playroom was great for the children.

The view was amazing and the sunsets where incredible. At night time the ocean breeze coming through the bedroom windows with the sound of the crashing waves outside was so lovely to lull you off into a deep slumber😍 During the day we were out and about at the beach surfing and enjoying our time with each other and our kids. It did get really really hot in the house during the day in the upstairs main bedroom but once the sun went down it was fantastic. The place was lovely and clean and the fact that our 3 adult kids had a bathroom and bedroom each was an even bigger plus for us, everyone had their own privacy if they wanted. Danielle was a great host really helpful and informative we would stay again no problems

This was the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. It was convenient to get into Margaret river but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by wild kangaroos. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Kelly was also very responsive. Highly recommended!

Very tidy spacious house, perfect for a down south getaway

We were a combination of 2 families staying here for 3 nights. 9 of us in total. It was super spacious and comfy. Easy 15 min stroll to one of the best beaches around town, and a quick 3 min drive into town. Great back yard for kids to run around and play in. Epic verandahs both upstairs and down to chill and hang out on. Overall a really great stay! Highly recommend. Thanks Eve!

Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature, animals, sunrises and sunsets. We had it all! This place met all my expectations. Wonderful views, beautiful house full of light inside!

Lisa’s house was amazing! Even better than in the photos, the house was so spacious with plenty of space for our whole family. The outdoor area including the pool was fantastic. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Lisa’s house.

We had a wonderful stay at Vivienne's property. From the moment we arrived it was perfect - you know its going to be a special stay when hosts like Viv provide little touches. In this case a beautiful bottle of Chardonnay from the region, Evans & Tate - Hullabaloo, premium crackers and cheese. We arrived at around 5pm, so it was the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, breaking out the welcome treat, sitting on the deck as the twilight setting sun peaked through the flora & trees listening to the birds, insects and "bush vibes". Magic start. The property was fabulous - very comfortable, spacious with nothing wanting. The webber BBQ was super simple to fire up, use and then clean down at the end of each meal. Beds super comfortable. Linen and towels aplenty. We wanted to stay in a property away from the township of Margaret River, but still central and convenient to the town and surrounding attractions. Viv's property really hit that brief. Overall a five star experience!

A beautiful house that has been thoughtfully laid out. Wonderful gardens and meticulous inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed this modern and delightful home and will definitely look to return.
