Vacation rentals with a patio in Yakima

Lovely space, beautiful scenery.. group of us went for racing and car show at the raceway a few miles away. Lots of room to spread out, didn't feel cramped. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in the woods, only about an hour from Seattle. Not a lot in the immediate area, but nice space if you want some solitude and don't mind a 20 minute drive into town. Property is nice too! 5 minutes from the lake.

Matt's place worked well for us and our dog. It was clean and comfortable, bigger than expected and convenient for exploring the Cle Elum area. Few issues - The refrigerator was super noisy the entire time we were there, which was disruptive when we were in the living room. Matt was very responsive but unable to get someone to come check it out. The kitchen had no towels, the lotion dispenser in the bathroom needs to be refilled. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable spot. Perfect location for our weekend attending a nearby concert.

Genevieve’s getaway was perfect! Walkable to the town below ( bring your snow boots if you’re going in winter! :) ), clean/cute with no odors, coffee and basic kitchen essentials waiting for us. Pet friendly which really helped for our two night visit. Overall am hoping to stay here again on our next visit to Roslyn! ( the only challenge- which is described in listing- is getting up the hill to the unit in winter. I have an AWD small SUV and with some speed , we got up with just a few moments of sliding and had to back down the hill to get out. So make sure you have at least AWD or 4wheel better yet) * one tip… if it is winter and snowy, I recommend parking at the bottom of the hill (E Pennsylvania ave. Is the lowest point, or the second point is up Pennsylvania to N C street) and walking up to the property to “scout out” parking etc. we were able to park in the spot right in front of the getaways door, but it did come up fast since we needed some speed getting up the small hill

A wonderful stay for our small family reunion over the New Year's! Location is spot on and the backdrop is stunning -- we took some amazing end-of-the-year-celebration photos on a back patio. Well-equipped kitchen and a lovely movie room. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, which had the perfect temperature, and the changing colors added to the ambiance and fun! The children immediately fell in love with the cozy bunk beds and slept so well after a day of sledding. Overall, a very comfortable stay! Thank you Keri for the lovely memories at your beautiful home!

A fantastic home, a large and comfortable living room with a sound system and a large TV also mention that they have many fantastic details of lights throughout the house and a small fish that my children fed. An unforgettable experience without forgetting that Harvie was always pending for what we needed in advance thank you very much for everything.

We would highly recommend this gem of a house in a perfect central location, with easy access to Yakima Memorial Hospital, stores & restaurants. Felt like a home away from home. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Bonus was a super clean & well maintained hot tub!!

Great spot, fun house and just what what we needed. Excellent for a dog because the house is across the street from a large park. Alyssa was fantastic to communicate with and very accommodating. I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful 4-bedroom mid-century modern home, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stylish yet cozy design, with sleek lines, warm wood accents, and thoughtfully curated decor that truly captured the mid-century aesthetic. Each of the four bedrooms was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it perfect for our group. The living area was a fantastic space to relax, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light and provided a lovely view of the backyard. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for gathering and enjoying them together. Such an incredible place to have stayed at. Made us feel right at home, no matter the distance. We planned this trip in less than a week and the host made it happen for us. Beyond thankful to have been able to spend New Years in such a lovely comforting home. 10/10 recommend for anyone making a visit to Washington and wanting a cozy stay. Not to mention the neighborhood being very friendly. The house is absolutely beautiful too! Definitely recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed! ♥️

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Suncadia. We enjoyed playing in the snow, roasting s’mores, and swimming in the pool. The condo was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with little extras to make our stay comfortable. Christine is an exceptional host. She was proactive and organized in her communication and was quick to answer any questions. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Ahren and Steph's place was the perfect little getaway. Their attention to detail was noticed in every corner of the condo. They welcomed us with a gift and were very responsive hosts. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance or tool you could need. They have the fluffiest blankets and coziest bed. They even have a well stocked game cabinet. We've stayed in other condos at Suncadia before and this one was by far the best. I highly recommend to anyone and I hope to come back soon!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful resort for our 3 year anniversary. Exceeded our expectations we will for sure be back! Spectacular views!

We had a great visit! Our only regret was we didn’t stay another night or two. Steve was a great host - quick to respond and answer our questions. We enjoyed a few days of great snow and sledding. The spa at Suncadia is amazing and worth checking out as well. Bonus that the Lodge is dog friendly and we were able to eat at the restaurant with our furry friend. Recommend!

We stayed here to attend a concert at The Gorge. It was a great location - a short drive to The Gorge and beautiful condo grounds. My kids especially loved the large pool area. Everything was very well maintained and the location is peaceful. The host was extremely helpful and flexible. We checked in late in the evening and had some issues, but she was immediately responsive and the issues were ironed out quickly. She was also extremely flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was so helpful and made our trip that much more enjoyable! I would highly recommend this condo, and we'd love to stay again at some point in the future.
