A fantastic place. I'll be staying there every time I come back to Shumen.

A very nice and unique place, usually you could find either low-maintenance properties or plastic style luxury. This place is surprising they took the authentic atmosphere to the limit. Our young children enjoyed the variety of instruments, barrels, and other antiques, we liked the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But you have to take into consideration that it is a Bulgarian village, nobody speaks English and nothing is written in English, you have to have a car to get there.

We enjoyed a lot to stay in Ivanka's home. The house looks even better than in the pictures. We found everything needed for our stay. The beach can be easily reached by car in 20-25 minutes. Also, for those who like to see other places, not far is the submarine and glass museum and the stone forest.

Houses and pool are nice and clean. Would stay there again.

A great place for my short stay in Shumen. The property was as listed - clean, comfortable, with a nice balcony - and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

We were looking for a quiet house, in the countryside, with a large garden for two small children. Nina's house proved to be what we expected, even during the winter fort. When the water froze, a plumber was immediately sent by the owner to fix the problem; and the wood stove kitchen was a wonderful experience. The place is perfect for resting, reading, walking in a modest village, certainly, but very welcoming, to the warm locals. Shops within walking distance, including a very pleasant cafe-restaurant. Special mention to the neighbor, Stanka, always available, a beautiful soul. We left with regret. A pearl of AirBnb.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless with clear instructions provided ahead of time, making our arrival stress-free. We especially loved the quiet balcony with its shaded seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket, bakery, café, and fast food options—everything you could possibly need within walking distance. We highly recommend this apartment for a peaceful and convenient stay!
