super quiet , the pool was clean and well cared for, only the person who says she is an administrator who was always on top of us telling us that you could and that you could not , but everything else was fine since it is unrelated to the host

The house is identical to the photos, very spacious, clean and pleasant. Dalia helped us at all times and was always very kind. I highly recommend it.

“Our stay at the Shipyard in Teques property was spectacular! Communication with Rudi was very clear and on time. The place was spotless, well equipped and decorated in good style. The distribution was perfect for our needs (15 people) with 6 rooms with private bathroom. And the isolated common areas of bedrooms facilitate coexistence and rest. The location was perfect, a few steps down to get to the lake; in a quiet area to rest; that the trees gave us the necessary privacy. Adriana the cook has an exceptional season, always attentive to please our palate and ready to help us with any questions. Sofia and Epifanio of cooking, cleaning and maintenance also made sure our stay was enjoyable by keeping the property clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

We were delighted to stay in this home. The amazing pool and the kitchen are beautifully equipped. Rooms all with their private and very comfortable bathrooms. Soft beds with everything you need to rest. Cleaning and maintenance of 10. It is a very quiet place but close to everything you need when leaving. Don Juan and Mrs. Olga's attention was exceptional. We'll be back for sure we'll be back.

This place is just made in heaven and nothing short of amazing! Even better than the pictures, perfectly distributed areas to give everyone space, peace and communal areas that invite to share, connect and enjoy time with family and friends. And Jonathan, Piri and Mary in the house were just incredible angels, helpful, proactive, kind and all prepared was excellent and delicious! An excellent place to spend a family weekend, swimming pool with good depth, quiet area with many shops nearby and good communication with Amparo that was always on the lookout.

The stay was excellent, Alfonso was always attentive to what my family and I needed. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation, the house is in good condition, maybe for the season in which we were the pool water was not hot although it has solar panels and heat pump, however, we did not have a good time and the attention of the Lord who takes care of the house was also excellent. I would definitely come back.

Excellent place to spend a few days relaxing and quiet. The house is as advertised by Mr. Jorge, quiet, clean, comfortable environment, the beds are super comfortable, the pillows are excellent, clean bathrooms and impeccable kitchen, in addition to being kind enough to leave us present on our arrival. Mr. Jorge, thank you for receiving, for six attentions, for always being aware of everything, we will gladly return soon. The pool has solar panels that depend on the weather of the day, but in my experience the water was very nice, warm and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
