Our beach house offers you the best of coastal living. This holiday home consists of a two bedroom art deco home, with two large self contained cottage studios, sleeps up to 17 with a maximum of 14 adults. The top bunks are not suitable for adult guests. It's the ideal pad for family or friends to get together and enjoy. The accommodation is spacious, bright, massive indoor and outdoor areas, with off street parking for 5 cars. This relaxing and well equiped house will have you at ease from arrival and is perfect for both couples or families. Welcome to Torquay! Perfect location only a few minutes (2blocks) walk to beaches,shops and restaurants. Our house is 2 storey with rooftop deck, 4 bedroooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Outside there are 2 entertainment areas with bbq and outdoor seating. Central heating and air conditioning plus gas log fire. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large smeg oven and walk in pantry. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans as well.

Our stay at Brett’s house was one of the best places we have stayed through air bnb. Brett was very responsive. Contact made via the host prior to checking in and after arrival was a nice personal touch. Great location in the peaceful quiet location of Jan Juc with all amenities close by. Leafy and private with the coastline in the distance and within easy walking distance to the beach. Extra large house was a bonus which could cater for many guests wanting some downtime away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again.

A fabulous and convenient place to stay in Anglesea. The property is in pristine condition and we loved the thoughtful welcome pack. We also loved the super comfy couch…great for relaxing on after a day at the beach. The shops are 5 mins away and the beach is an easy 10-15 min walk. Would definitely stay again

We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze for a very special occasion. Simon, the host, was fantastic! His communication was prompt and accomodating, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is just wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated with a homely, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room had with everything we needed, and the natural light upstairs was just gorgeous, giving the whole space a warm, holiday feel. It truly felt like we were away on vacation and not just staying at someone’s house! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Great place to unwind, play board games, and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor space. The home is an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze!

This is a little piece of paradise with a very special garden outlook with plentiful bird life. It’s not a large property, but the space works well with a well thought out kitchen and dining. Everything that we needed was at our fingertips. The living room is simply but beautifully furnished and it’s a close walk to the beach. We loved our stay!

Loved our stay, clear instructions. Ad wasn’t clear enough, said 4 bedrooms. Was 3 bedrooms and a bungalow which was fine. Also instructions said no noise after 10pm on weekends and neighbor knocked on the door at 9.40pm on Friday and told us too turn our music down. Was watching the clock and was going to turn the music down at 10pm. We were a group of 6 adults aged 50+ enjoying some music. That part was pretty disappointing apart from that we were very happy with location and the house.
