Private suite vacation rentals in Wyandotte County

This is my first time staying in an Airbnb with the owners living there, but if everyone was like Susan it would be fantastic. The house was very clean and well detailed, very comfortable, and when I return to Kansas, my first choice would be Susan's house.

Merrily's home is exactly like the pictures. Very quiet, clean and had everything we needed. She was proactive in all her communication we actually didn't have to ask for a thing. We were only there for a long weekend, but she was so thoughtful in leaving some fruit on the counter and a few things in the frig for the morning, so we didn't have to run to the store right away. We would highly recommend her as a host.

Ron and Cindy's "Bear Necessities" Airbnb was perfect for our visit to KC. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The unit was very clean, decor was beautiful, and the King size bed was super comfy. The wooded landscape and quietness around the unit made it feel like you were far away from the city. Ron and Cindy are wonderful hosts. Ron met us when we arrived, showed us around the unit, and explained some of the various amenities and how things worked ~ which was very helpful. We got to meet and visit with Cindy the next day. It was nice getting to know the owners since they lived upstairs. They are both very friendly, helpful, and super easy to contact. If we had questions, either Ron or Cindy responded right away. After greeting us, Ron and Cindy gave us all the privacy we wanted. We would definitely recommend Ron and Cindy's place if you plan a trip to KC.

We loved our stay at the guesthouse and would totally stay there again! They had everything we needed and more. Everything was so clean, cozy, and welcoming. Beautiful backyard and patio space. It is in the basement of their house so you can hear people upstairs but it didn’t bother us at all. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and even let us have a flexible checkout time so our baby could get a nap in!

Just like pictured! It was cozy and close enough to the city to have plenty to do. We felt safe and the space was clean. A little noisy with upstairs footsteps but to be expected due to it being a basement. We enjoyed our stay!

Crystals place was great combination of private and secure. Beautiful cozy space, patio and fenced backyard. Comfortable furnishing and thoughtful decorative touches. Small kitchen area, though plenty for me. Family upstairs which I appreciated traveling solo.

Once you walk in you feel like home very easy to enter and lock up Chad was very fast in responding when needed. All in all very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The space was great! The only thing we noticed is that there was a faint smell of dirty socks, but we could t figure out where it was coming from. It wasn’t a big deal, but just something small we noticed :)

Sara and Brandon's place is very nice. It served our purposes perfectly. The beds are very comfortable. Also, our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will likely be back if there is availability.

the place worked out really well for my coworker and i. the bed was a little more firm than I like and I reached out to the host about it they immediately ordered a bed topper for me which was super nice of them to do it made it a whole lot nicer for me because I am used to a softer bed.

This is my second time staying at Havah's place. Havah is very responsive, provides all the amenities you need and keeps the place super-clean and comfortable. I stayed for three weeks this trip and look forward to staying again in the future.

The house itself was beautiful, with a modern and cozy interior, and the views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect — close enough to everything, yet the home feels private and serene. The owners live nearby, but you’d never know it; there’s complete privacy and no interruptions. Communication was smooth and easy, and they were very thoughtful in ensuring everything was just right for my stay. I will definitely be renting again when I return to the area. Highly recommend!
