Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Woolacombe

We were visiting with 2 dogs and the enclosed gravel area outside was excellent for the dogs. The house was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a stay over Christmas. There are wonderful sandy beaches close by and the whole area is very dog friendly. Bideford has a large Morrisons and there is an organic vegetable and meat place close by for provisions. Highly recommend.

Had a fabulous stay at Nicola and Rics house the whole of the experience with the property from the day we booked it until we left was fabulous. 3 generations and a very excited Labrador all had a blast. Coombe Martin was largely shut for business but we had a great meal at the Pack O Cards on NYE and the football was available for those interested on NYD at The Castle Inn🙄 Great run out for Leo the Lab on Woolacombe beach. Highlight on arrival at the property was gorgeous fresh scones with butter, clotted Cream and Jam, fresh bread from the bakery, fresh eggs, chocolates, milk coffee, tea just amazing the extra touches were very appreciated. Thankyou Nik and Rik great stay and amazing hosts would highly recommend the house but Coombe Martin may be better visited in season but a vvv happy new year holiday thankyou from Kay and family x

A fantastic place in beautiful surroundings and the views are Amazing. This was the perfect place for us to stay, it instantly felt homely and welcoming. A great location with the nearby villages and beaches in walking distance. We would definitely consider rebooking this property.

Thank you Heather! Kallander was everything we wanted for Christmas at home away from home. It was superbly equipped, in a stunning location, and beautifully warm and cosy. (Having asked you about the wood burner, we didn't use it in the end, as we felt so toasty in the house!) It allowed five adults and a dog the space to enjoy each other's company, without being on top of each other all the time, and our only regret is that the grey misty, damp weather did not encourage us to explore the spectacular grounds. We appreciated the Christmas tree that you had thoughtfully provided, and the welcome pack of treats and goodies was also much enjoyed. this was everything we wanted........... and more!!

Fantastic property in a great location. The house has lots going for it...flexible accommodation - all very well kitted out, private hot tub in the enclosed sunny rear garden, very useful outside heated shower for getting the beach off you and prepping for the hot tub, the whole place has a lovely feel to it. Location-wise, it's only a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country....we SUP'd at Hele Bay, body-boarded at Woolacombe, and ate ice cream everywhere! Close enough to larger towns like Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, but walkable to the lovely Braunton with it's mix of pubs and restaurants. It's a great home, beautifully located.

Beautiful location. Beautiful sea views from the terrace. Shaun and Suzanne were very helpful and very friendly. It was nice to get to know this lovely couple. All the necessary amenities were available. We would stay here again

Clare was extremely helpful and super friendly, making our stay the best. Such a lovely place and so close to the beach, which was an added bonus. We will definitely be booking again.

Great few days in one of the lodges. The place was warm and cosy (even in January!). Lovely grounds and opportunity for walks. Freedom for dogs to run around. Pool was a highlight, heated appropriately so one could enjoy the swim. Hot tub and sauna were also great. Thank you!

Stayed with my 2 boys 11&12 , we loved it so peaceful, pool was lovely and warm , cottage was perfect 300 year old property looked so modern with old parts too. We wished we could of stayed longer, so peaceful , farm animals around add to that , think we made friends with our neighbours the alpacas. Highly recommend. Simon was so helpful too.

We had the most lovely stay here. The place was beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The sound of the river was great and the walks nearby were stunning. Beds were comfy, kitchen was fairly well equipped, showers were great and everything was clean. Melanie and Ian were both very communicative and very helpful with directions to the property, any questions we had were promptly answered and were very helpful with anything we needed. The slope down to the property is fairly steep. The hot tub was perfect and the heated pool was great even in the rain! Would recommend a stay here anytime

The stables quickly became one of our favourite listings, the extra touches including a real Christmas tree made our break so magical and we loved it!! We will definitely be back it was ideal for what we wanted to chill and hibernate!! Thank you for letting us stay

Brilliant place. Such an awesome location

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

The place was perfect for a little winter getaway! The hot tub was great after a cold windy dog walk on the beach. We will definitely be coming back :)

From start of booking to departing the lodge, Thomas and Sally were fantastic. Very helpful and responsive. Checked in with us during our stay to check everything was okay and if we needed anything. Beautiful lodge In beautiful surroundings, so peaceful and picturesque.

We had a lovely stay at Marina’s well appointed home from home - the house was just as expected from the listing and was a perfect size and location for our visit.

Myself, my partner and our dog have just returned home after a 2 night stay at Debbie's private apartment. We arrived later than expected, but we were greeted as soon as we got to the drive away. The apartment was exactly how it was shown, very clean, cosy and the bed was very comfy! We really enjoyed our stay, we visited Putsborough beach which was a 15 minute drive away and we also went for dinner at Ebrington Arms, which was a 3 minute drive away. Thanks again for a great stay!

Four of us stayed at this cosy, comfortable, well equipped house. Simon’s instructions were friendly, clear and extremely accurate. The house was beautifully yet simply furnished and we all felt very at home. The water was hot and there was ample room to store possessions in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. The area is lovely with wonderful beaches and interesting places to visit nearby. We had a great winter break here. This was one of the best Airbnb homes that I have stayed in.

I love staying with Sue She and her husband are really friendly and approachable The place is brilliant it’s perfect for what I need, and the local area has so much, I go off season as I have a dog so not every shop is open but enough is for us and there are beaches which are a great walk if you’re up for long walks if not the local beach is a short walk away, always have a great time here and can’t wait to book the next one, The dog friendly cottage is perfect as well l, it has an enclosed garden and a tap for washing them off, there is cupboard space if you need to hide food as well 🤣
