Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful time in Sandwich. The house was spacious, clean and inviting. My family, including my 6 year old daughter and her grandma, were most satisfied with the accommodations. The pool is lovely - and while the weather didn’t entirely cooperate with our two week stay, we were able to enjoy it. Centrally located, we were able to navigate our way around the Cape and get the full experience. Tanya was available at all times and made sure we were more than satisfied with our stay.

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

Perfect stay. Pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to everything. Great for families, Just bring socks with friction pads on the bottom so you don’t slide .

Outstanding home and location. The pictures are nice, but do not even begin to do the home justice. Lots of space and nooks too. Very responsive owner and management. Met our every need.

Great place for a group retreat. We enjoyed the pool and view, even in the winter. Our large group of 14 found the coziness and amenities to be basic but Tony checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in/out was very very easy (much easier than other hosts we’ve had). Thanks again for a great stay!

Great location, spacious home. absolutely loved the sunroom! Kids loved the games, and the full sized bunk bed. Owner was very quick to respond and flexible with our schedules for check out. Very happy with the place and highly recommend!! Perfect for families

Niro is the exact person that you would hope for when renting an AirBnb property. Her communication is prompt and informative, and her guest policies ensure that your accommodations are clean and comfortable when you arrive. Besides being an excellent host, Niro's property speaks for itself. The views are amazing and there is plenty of privacy to enjoy your oceanfront getaway. One thing that sets Niro's place apart from other properties where I have stayed is the amount of care that has been put into making the place comfortable with everything that you need for your stay. Since she uses this as her family vacation home the quality of items in the kitchen like pots, pans, knives, and plates are much nicer than what I typically find in a vacation rental. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.

We are a group of women who get together for a weekend of food, wine, friendship and laughter in a safe and peaceful location. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Ciara’s home. The kitchen is perfect for our meal preparations, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. We usually see deer on pathway into the forest and were not disappointed. Ciara is always responsive to our requests and is always helpful. We are planning for our next weekend at this wonderful location. You won’t be disappointed!

We had an awesome stay at Brien’s house! House was as described and very clean! The location is a great launching spot to explore Cape Cod. Great spot to spend Thanksgiving with family. Pool table, Xbox, Golden Tee, and Foosball table were great entertainment (we played foosball for hours).

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Nice place, comfortable and relaxing. We were working in the area and looking for a place to call home. Unfortunately for us we could not appreciate the world around Westport, but the house was very homey.

Had a lovely stay here while on the island. Plenty of room for everyone and the ammenities were top knotch. David was a joy to communicate with any/all questions were answered in a timely fashion.

I reserved Molly's house as a place for my family of 7 adults to stay together for a wedding weekend in the area. We found the house to be exactly as described in the listing and by other reviewers: beautiful, clean, spacious, well-appointed lovely home within minutes of beaches and the country clubs where the wedding events were held. Molly was a very gracious host. I messaged her on Thursday evening to mention that we were in need of clothes hangers and a blow dryer, and she placed an order for both which was delivered by 10AM the next morning. Our experience there could not have been better!

Kosmas's place is the perfect spot to relax and recharge! My husband and I spent a late October weekend there with our two labs and felt right at home. The area was a very quiet residential neighborhood, literally a 5 minute walk to a private beach. Watching sunrise at the beach was amazing! We enjoyed good food from a couple of nearby restaurants- an awesome lobster quesadilla and crab cakes from Turks and delicious sandwiches from Shipyard Galley. A wonderful get-a-away weekend!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rachel’s! We kept saying “this place has everything”. It was a wonderful home for a multi generation holiday hang. From a 7 month old to great grand parents. The main floor was easily accessible for family member with a disability. We felt right at home with our 7 month old, the home had a pack n play - all set up with fresh sheets, baby bath tub, high chair, bath toys, monitor, etc. The basement was perfect for the teenagers to hangout and have their space. The backyard was peaceful and extended the hang area. Rachel was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Jonathan and Polina were outstanding host. Our family had a great vacation .Thanks for sharing your charming and historic home with us. Our grand kids loved the heated pool, and all the kids toys and books at the house. We felt at home and look forward to coming back in the future.

Comfortable yet spacious home nestled in the woods of New Seabury. Great location to visit beaches and restaurants. Just minutes from Mashpee Commons and Falmouth for shopping and dining. Beautiful place, Thanks Alex!

We had a fantastic family vacation in Falmouth and Anne’s house greatly exceeded all of our expectations! Comfortable, beautiful decorated and appointed with every amenity. We will be back!

Highly recommend Craig’s place in Sandwich! Lovely home, looked exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean and cozy. Craig was extremely responsive and friendly, would definitely stay here again! :)

This is our 5th year spending summer family time down at “The Cape House”. If you’ve been to the cape your whole life but never seen Millway beach before your missing out. I could go on forever, but I’ll just say that we’ve already booked next year and can’t envision a year not spending a week at Matt and Lindsay’s. Cheers!
