Smart tv and good internet. We are within 5 min walking distance of downtown Parkersburg, and only a block from Camden Clark Hospital, affordable centrally located.

Looking to relax and unplug. This peaceful, quiet, cozy cabin is just the place. Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose &amazing view

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. The Blue Caboose was extremely clean and has everything you need. I met my fiancée there. She came down for the weekend from Cleveland and I short drive from Ravenswood. We enjoyed the tiny home living and the location is great. Right outside of downtown Marietta. Another nice thing is that we ran into Bryan at the Earth Day festivities and he recognized me from staying at his caboose. We appreciate everything and had a wonderful time. We'll be back for sure!!!

Janice’s place was very well kept. Other reviews mentioned the great snacks, but I was still surprised at how well she stocked us up! She did a wonderful job. The kitchen has all of the necessary items to cook for yourself, there was plenty of coffee available, and extra towels on hand. The paper towels and toilet paper were quality too! She made it feel so welcoming! It was so much better than getting a hotel, and it allowed us to easily get to all of the places we needed to, without having to drive 30+ minutes one way each time. Would absolutely book here again when visiting the area.
