Apartment vacation rentals in Wood County

I travel all over the world - was down there for a music seminar with my son. I thought it was just going to be like most of the places we stay when on non family travels. This place was incredible - clean -quiet and super peaceful. It was so enjoyable to be away from the NYC hustle. I recommend it to anyone! Terisia is really special and knows how to run her properties! Looking forward to the next time Ty Terisia!!!! Mike

We booked right at the last second and Nathan was right in top of it. He had the place ready to go with it an hour. He was very responsive and helpful. I have travelled all over the US and if it's ever back to Parkersburg this will be my go to spot!

Maxx was amazing communicated quickly and always answered any ? I had..the location was amazing and had beautiful views of Marietta and the Ohio river…there was four of us more than enough room for us. Place was clean really couldn’t even think of anything wrong with our stay even if I tried. If I stay anywhere close to this location I will definitely be staying here if it’s available. Thanks again Maxx!!!!

Haley's place was exactly what we needed for our family while exploring Parkersburg and the surrounding area. Her apartment was nice and comfortable after coming back from a long day out. We had a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean, comfortable bed, well stocked! Quiet neighborhood. The place is very well taken care of. It’s noticeable that the host takes pride in their Airbnb. Would stay again. Thank you

The place was perfect for us! All the little goodies were great for my 7yr. old great grandson! We had a great time celebrating his 7th birthday! I don't get to see him alot so this was a blessing! Thank you Staci for everything! Great place to stay!

Beautifully appointed yet extremely warm and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee station, new cookware and utensils, breakfast pastries and snacks were left for us and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, etc and plush towels and bath bombs! Front porch is lovely and covered so great for morning coffee or people watching. Convenient parking on the street.

The place is as advertised. The service Nathan gave was top notch. We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. Great place!!

Cindy was great! I would highly recommend staying at her house, it was clean and organized, Cindy was very kind and welcoming. It was very close to uptown.

Thank you so much Deni and Mark. This has to be the greatest Airbnb that we’ve been to. The house is beautiful and incredibly clean with well appointed notes for frequently asked questions (which was so perfect and comforting for a worry wart with lots of questions, like me). And the scenery around the location was just stunning! We saw so much wildlife while here! Can’t recommend enough!!

Unit was super clean and exactly as described. Proactive communication from the host really helped and the process to get in was super smooth. Location is awesome, quiet yet close to everything and walkable. Highly recommended this place

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

This is my 2nd time visiting this year, but my wife’s first. We had a great time as usual! Caught lots of fish, and enjoyed the peace and quiet over the weekend. Always an enjoyable experience here.

What a dream it was to stay at Brenda and Deborah’s place! They were so welcoming (to the point of welcoming us in to share their delicious pot roast and chocolate cake) but they still very much respected our privacy and space. The space itself had everything we could have needed and they went above and beyond to provide breakfast, snacks, and mini toiletries in the unit. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Athens!

Christine's place is located just outside of campus and is walkable to all campus activities. Stayed there during dad's weekend and it was a great place to stay and was walkable to where the students were. Christine offered snacks and coffee which was also great. Hope to stay next year as well.

I loved my stay in this studio. I had everything and more that I need to feel comfortable. The place was clean, cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and private. It's a quick and easy 15-20 min drive to downtown Marietta and the hospital. Overall a great place to stay short and longterm.
