A very nice, spacious apartment in an old building. Very nice terrace and small garden in the backyards. A pleasant environment with many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good connection to public transport. Very nice and good communication with the landlord. Would come back anytime.

Well thought out and appointed apartment with plenty of space, and a stone’s throw away from the hippodrome and the Forêt de Soignes for great walks/runs. Well connected to the centre of brussels or the european quarter by tram or train

Everything was absolutely perfect. Since there was no guest coming after us, we could stayed longer after check-out. The neighbourhood was truly lovely and I could imagine coming back! What a great experience.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

The place is super clean, slightly far from the centre but has good connectivity because of the M 6 station nearby. Also, the check in/check out instructions were super clear and Lonel was super responsive to all my queries.

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment, a short Uber drive to the city centre. The communication was 10/10 from the moment of booking. The apartment had everything that was needed, and extremely comfortable. Some nice cafes and bars around. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed the accommodation. Thomas was very friendly. The house was clean and bright, and we had a great time.

My stay was really nice for us. The house is exactly as seen in the pictures. The instructions were completely sufficient. It is within walking distance to the center, but you need to walk about 15 minutes. Everything was complete. There was a little smell from the bathroom. The only negative is that the sound insulation is not good and some nights it removed from our sleep. Other than that, it was enjoyable 🌸

Yossif's place is exactly as described. It is his home and well stocked with everything you need for a visit. Getting into the apartment is very easy, and the building is secure. You are within 15 minutes' walking distance of the train station and the grand place. The subway and bus stop are right outside. Yossif is responsive and his place was very comfortable.

Hi, The place was just perfect, we didn't miss anything. I was pleasantly surprised by our host's sense of detail, who was really able to create a neat atmosphere. We had a pleasant stay. Very cozy accommodation with the large hot tub that makes everything all the more pleasant. If you are light asleep however, you should know that the fridge is quite noisy, it woke me up several times but it is in no way the host's fault. You just have to be aware of it when you book. Likewise for the jaccuzi which is close to the host's place, you have to be aware of it even if it didn't bother us personally. We just wish we could have gone to the jaccuzi before 10am. I would recommend this place which was very nice to us during these few days! Corinne is also very friendly and answers the least of our questions quickly.

Rim was super attentive the whole time. The apartment is the best I've ever been to, it had absolutely everything you needed and was very spacious. The terrace is also very nice, the kitchen is very well-equipped and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

very warm apartment, it has a small elevator that makes it easy to arrive many floors , good light , come equipped with everything you need for cooking . it's like an alpine cottage in town.
