You will love this bright apartment in Ixelles. Your own apartment in a traditional house. In a very cool and calm street. Very close to everything to visit Brussels (by foot, by subway, by tramway). You will be very next to restaurants, cinema, park your car or bike, shopping, etc. The historic part of Brussel (Grand Place, etc.) is less than 25 mins by foot and all the public transports (trams, bus..) are 5 mins by foot from our house .. The appartment itself, designed by MADAM architectuur, is very bright and has a nice view on 'de beurs'. On the terraces you can enjoy what's going on in the famous 'Sint-Katelijnestraat'. Absolutely beautiful place, even better than on the photos, spotless and bright . Location is great just in front of the transport station. Great communication, response in almost seconds. If I will come to Brussel again I will definitely stay here again . Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Karim's. The apartment is in a very good location, close to tourist attractions. Located not far from Place Royale and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle, we enjoyed spending the evening away from the noise after our daily escapades. The apartment is true to the description on the rental platform, it is clean and pleasant to stay in. Self check-in allows you to feel comfortable very quickly. Karim is a very kind host, the dialogue is easy and enjoyable. They are available to respond when asked. I highly recommend this host for your stays in Brussels.

Isabel’s place is absolutely charming and in an incredible location, very close to great restaurants and public transportation. My son made great use of Isabel’s lovely grand piano, as he was preparing for a piano competition during our stay. Thank you so much for accommodating us, Isabel! We will definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it!

First of all, a very big thank you to Husseini who agreed to host us at the last minute following the last-minute cancellation of our initial reservation. Husseini did everything possible to ensure that we were accommodated in good conditions. the accommodation is ideally located for parking the car and staying on foot or by public transport (parking in Brussels is quite complicated as well as traffic). In terms of equipment, some shortcomings that Husseini had to fill when he could. plans to make changes to modernize the somewhat dated amenities. but all this is nothing compared to the kindness and all the attention our host put into welcoming us. Special mention to Airbnb who also took care of our problem and helped find a suitable solution.

Entire apartment in a quiet area.

I stayed ten very pleasant days at Anna's place. It is a typical old Brussels house (the apartment is on the first floor), but the apartment is modernly renovated and very comfortable (the pictures show very well how it actually is). The street is super-calm during the night, the area is a safe, largely residential quarter, but the prémetro stop to e.g. city centre and main station is just a few minutes walk away. Shops, supermarkets etc for daily needs also within walking distance. Chatelain quarter with restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with quite a few thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathroom. Check-in and check-out were very easy even though I arrived quite late in the evening (Anna welcomed me in the apartment and showed me around). She is easily reachable and responds very quickly. Totally recommendable!

The booking and communications were seamless, an easy tram ride from the Eurostar terminal which dropped you within 500 metres of the apartment. The apartment was central as you can get, surrounded by restaurant’s. lovely spacious apartment, with everything we wanted.
