Exceeded expectations on all counts. Simply beautiful. We went to Grace House for 70th celebration with family and friends and honestly, this will be the spot which we will be returning to for ALL future big celebrations. Amazing location, stunning house inside and out. The house has all modern amenities and services that you could possibly need. You will want for nothing. Everything has been thought of. Very well maintained. There is so much to do in the surrounding area, however we hardly left the house as we were so happy there. We spent alot of time relaxing by the large pool. A holiday to remember. Our host, Gretchen was very responsive, really helpful and always went the extra mile. Cannot recommend a stay at Grace House enough !

Lynette was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even reaching out the day before to offer recommendations for supper that evening. Her place is lovely, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This gem of a house is better seen in person. Every item in the house was carefully placed there. It is a real family home and it felt like home during our short stay, like I was housesitting for a friend. Their dog, Miela, warmed up to the kids and even slept in their room. We could leave the kitchen door open for the day, which is strange for us city folk where everything is locked up. There's no aircon, but it isn't needed because the room was cool throughout the night and no creepy crawlies to surprise you. The wifi signal is good for video streaming but the Roblox connection was understandably slow. We didn't watch much television, but they have the full DSTV bouquet. The towels were soft and fluffy and the linen crisp and clean. Thala was friendly and helpful when we saw her, and respected our privacy as she needed to access the house for her responsibilities. Please trust the directions given by the host, they are accurate. This was the break that we needed. Thank you Annerie.

Riverside Country House is a beautiful and very spacious property in a lovely peaceful setting in Swellendam. It is a very short walk from Swellendam’s shops and restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable; although we spent more time taking advantage of the large decking area taking in the lovely views and bird life. Lynette was a great host, being friendly, helpful and communicative. We would not hesitate to recommend Lynette and Riverside Country House.

Perfect space for retreating. The garden was vibrant and the amazing natural pool was a treat. Perfect space to shut out the every day madness of city life and recharge.

Beautiful and peaceful location, just what we needed to recharge from city life. The house has everything you need and is a very short drive to the beach and lagoon.

The house is very conveniently near the beach and, as the upstairs half of the building, has 360-degree views. The kitchen is wonderfully well equipped and Nico is attentive as a host. Great books too!

Sagrada is an exceptional house, the layout is brilliant and the place is in excellent condition. Location is awesome with beautiful views! Colleen was very helpful, all her restaurant suggestions were brilliant, as we tried most of them. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We'll definitely return if we get the chance. Thanks to Georg and Sanet for letting us share in your dream house.

What a brilliant place to stay! Thank you Nina for creating such a peaceful, clean and comfortable home. Everything was clean, tidy and there were ample blankets, soaps and kitchen utensils and cleaning products to make us feel right at home. We stayed there with our 3 kids and it felt so safe...our children even made friends with the neighbours! Nina was easy to talk to and sent through so many local recommendations. We will 100% be visiting again!

The Withuis cottage is an underrated treasure! The cottage was beautifully furnished with all the little luxuries of home and the location will be hard to beat. The cottage is private and the deck is perfect for leisurely braais and enjoying the sunset. Our dog enjoyed the freedom of the farm’s open spaces as well. The Warmwaterberg Spa is a quick 20 min drive away and there is a lot of Karoo hospitality to enjoy in the area. Will be back soon!

Totally beautiful property with antelopes in front of the house and a garden. Were only there one night, but it was worth it! Small criticism there were a few insects in the bathroom. However, probably not to be avoided with a farm. Would still book again:) The hostess lives next door and is totally nice! Thank you!

We are a family of four and had a great stay at Sarina's place. It is safe, close to the sea and a short driving distance / walk (1.5km) to the main beach and restaurants. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. We are planning to stay there again next year.

Loved our stay! Close to the river, the house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Note however to bring black bags, cleaning products and dishwasher tabs, as none are provided. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely to be back in Stilbaai to visit family. House had all we needed. Had a few issues with WiFi connectivity which was sorted out. Close to the river which was nice. Family home with all the basics. Be aware that there is no inverter so when the lights go out due to loadshedding you need to use the battery operated lights.

I rented the guest room in Gila's beautiful home. I felt at home immediately and immersed myself in the surroundings, both inside the artistically decorated home as well the carefully cultivated, lush garden. Whether you rent the entire home or the guest room, your need of rest, peace and reflection will be fulfilled.

We had a great stay, every room was thoughtfully designed, with a perfect mix of comfort and style. The location was good and close to nice places in Barrydale. The personal touch of fresh juice and espresso machine was a nice add on. Would recommend!

This was our second time staying at the magnificent Black House and we are already looking forward to returning there again. The design and the ambiance are truly unique and luxurious, providing the perfect retreat. Els is fantastic and incredibly attentive, she also offered us perfect recommendations for breakfast spots and restaurants in the area, enhancing our overall experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!
