House vacation rentals in Winston-Salem

We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

What a beautiful home. Entering into the living room it’s a large space with games and tv and plenty of seating. The kitchen-loved it! Spacious, clean and bright. Had everything we needed! I loved the way each room was decorated in its own style with tons of bed pillows and comfortable beds! Going out into the backyard you wouldn’t know you were on a main road. Table with umbrella, hot tub (we didn’t use that) and several Adirondacks to sit by the fire pit! We enjoyed our time sitting outside with family talking away! Bring your own firewood though, none on site. We loved our stay and definitely would stay again! Walking distance to Brown Truck, Sweet Old Bills, Blue Bourbon Jacks! Close to everything! We were there for High Point graduation & it was a perfect location! Benjamin and Ali were both quick to respond to any questions we had. Very attentive. Need to bring your own foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags if you need them. Oh! And the coffee bar set up was great too!

I didn’t realize someone else live in the same building until I got check in instructions but other than that everything matched the description. Very clean and peaceful place for a staycation.

Amazing house on a dead end street with a beautiful view of the pond and woods. No neighbors except on one side but don’t even notice them. Very private and quiet with a lot of stuff to do. Myself and 6 co-workers were working out of town at the Toyota plant for the weekend so we decided to get a house. It was much cheaper than 7 hotel rooms and we never got bored after work. Only issue was the 2nd floor AC unit was struggling to keep up during the day but eventually cooled off by night time. Just needs some Freon I’m sure. Great communication with the management company about the issue though. Backyard is a dream: basketball, cornhole, fire pit and much more. Would definitely stay again, it’s a must rent for big groups of people.

I had mandatory training for the military and utilized the Airbnb for myself and 9 other service members. The space was perfect for us to bond and have shared meals. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep and all the amenities matched the listing. I would definitely stay here again and thank you to the owners for supporting the military!

This is great property. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds were very comfortable, hot tub was great, and house had all the things we needed for the weekend. The neighbor is beautiful and well located in Greensboro. Everything was clean and orderly, the water in the showers was hot and we really enjoyed have a screened in porch. One thing to note- the house had 6 heated electric potpourri pots and another 4-5 plug in air fresheners throughout the house which made for a pretty intense smell in the house. The sheets and towels are also washed in a fragranced detergent. It’s a lot if you are used to fragrance-free. The house has 5-6 ceiling fans and enough windows to air out the fragrances after a few hours, having those helped a lot.

Dylan’s place was perfect for a family getaway! The takeout-friendly setup made it easy to enjoy meals together, and the jacuzzi was at the perfect temperature upon arrival. Everything was spotless and well-stocked with plenty of supplies. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved every aspect of our stay. Given the great value, I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay at any of Dylan’s properties again!

This home was very nice and very comfortably accommodated my family of 8. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the bedrooms were nice and spacious. Landscaping and backyard were amazing. Home well equipped with tvs and charging stations throughout the house. My family and I will definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay! The space was accommodating and comfortable and would definitely look for it again if we needed to stay in the area.

We stayed here for two days while our son auditioned for UNCSA and it was perfect. It was very close to campus and also lots of things within walking distance. Well stocked and well labeled kitchen which we always appreciate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The house was immaculate, warm, and incredibly cozy. The neighborhood was delightful, and the neighbors were so kind and friendly that my daughter didn't want to leave! Angie and Russ were fantastic hosts—always responsive and willing to help with any questions or issues we had. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further! Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying in this house. It was a great experience! Landon was proactive, always communicating to ensure all steps of the process went smoothly. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, this house had everything we needed for our trip.

Amina was an excellent host! Her space is minimalist but very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen is equipped well enough to make basic meals. The yard is fenced in but just note that the entrance to the backyard is outside of the fenced in area. I was a bit surprised upon arrival as some of the neighbors don’t care well for their yards, the neighborhood could be super adorable! This is not the hosts fault. We felt safe and comfortable. We usually visit the area at least once a year and I’m So glad we found Amina’s place! We will definitely return!

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

Five star place in every way. Super clean. Nice layout. Classy host helpfully stocked toiletries and snacks and is great communicator. Well appointed kitchen with top notch pans etc.

Our family was in the Greensboro area to visit family and Jeremy’s house provided a great location with plenty of space and amenities for our family of five. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. Lots of golf courses near by too! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We came for my daughter’s graduation at Wake Forest. We would have preferred to stay in Winston-Salem, but there was nothing available. This AirBnB is about 1/2hr from campus, so not too bad. There are a lot of chain restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The house itself is very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with almost every small appliance, pots/pans, baking sheets you can think of. The Master bedroom on the first floor was huge. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, but only 1 full bath, which we felt there should be a second bathroom upstairs. The upstairs loft was huge, and the 4 recliners were very comfy. The neighborhood is residential, and we saw a lot of families when we went for a stroll. It was more fun and economical to be together in the AirBnB versus multiple hotel rooms for multiple days. We didn’t explore High Point, so can’t say if there are any interesting attractions nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

The place was awesome to stay in. Beautiful neighborhood, close to town, and always felt safe. Justin was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. The bed downstairs was a great surprise and kept my mother-in-law from having to travel upstairs for bed. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms to help get ready with a house full of women :)

Jay and Tia's place was phenomenal!! I pictures accurately depict the space but almost don't do it justice! It is just so beautiful, clean, roomy and welcoming! The home was spacious and smelled delicious! The neighborhood was easy to find and quiet and the back deck and yard provided more than enough room to visit, enjoy nature and have fun! Jay was proactive and thoughtful, immediately checking in with me upon arrival. He knew we intended to use the pool and even though it had been cleaned the previous day, a hurricane rolled through the night before and resulted in debris filling the pool. He was generous in offering to have the pool cleaned again the following morning so we would have at least some time to enjoy it. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, polite and accommodating and the home was wonderful. The small details like water, popcorn and hygiene items that some people had forgotten, were a nice personal touch! We would love to come back to this home again!

The apartment was immaculate. Everything was organized perfectly. The apartment was as advertised. I guess the biggest thing that impressed me the most was how Kay takes care of the little details. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but she also took the time to make sure there were fabric softener sheets, and wash pods. In the kitchen, it was the same attention to detail. I was shocked to notice that there was a miniature selection of spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, towels, soap and shampoo - everything you need in that respect. The place was wonderfully furnished. It suited our needs perfectly. and to top it off, I appreciated the fact that there was very little in the way of a to-do list upon checkout. just three simple things, take the trash out. start the dishwasher and turn The thermostat down to 68. it's a good value, + no stupid chores, I would highly recommend any location Kay offers.

Beautiful, quiet location with lots of amenities. We had an issue with the lock, but it was addressed very quickly and professionally. Great stay - fall colors in the trees were gorgeous, but with the pool, it'd be a great place to stay in the summer.

oh my goodness! Ashley was a phenomenal host, and went above and beyond helping us with resources for finding homes (as we are relocating to the area) and recommendations for areas she thought we'd enjoy. she was very quick to respond and truly made us feel like family in her beautiful haven of peace and tranquility. everything was awesome and so was she. thank you for a truly memorable experience 💖
