Lovely cottage, very thoughtful extras to make us welcome (awesome lemon drizzle cake!) Lots of maps and leaflets about local places worth visiting. Beautiful place to walk the dogs. Very friendly pub just down the road. Very enjoyable stay, thank you ☺️

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

Myself and two friends recently stayed at Bay Tree Cottage for a long birthday weekend and had a lovey break. The location of the cottage is perfect, next to the harbour, in the middle of Staithes, close to local shops and amenities and some great local walks too. Watching the sunrise over the harbour in the morning was fabulous! The cottage was easy to find thanks to Kevin’s clear instructions and information provided, and inside exceeded our expectations. As a host Kevin was very proactive in communicating with us before, during and after our visit. We would recommend Bay Tree Cottage for a relaxing break and are looking forward to returning in the future at some point!

Treetops were amazing, we were welcomed with freshly baked bread in the kitchen. The place was clean and homely and warm! Would definitely come again, Lisa was an amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at Sue's cottage on Market Square. Perfect position, for eating out pubs, cafes also butchery and a gem of a bakery around the corner. Would take my cup for a coffee and croissant for breakfast each morning. We did numerous walks during our week stay. Even took a drive over to Staithes on the coast. The Theakston brewery tour was informative in the history of this old brewery.Position perfect to travel east or west in the Dales & Moors. Loved it, thank you Sue for providing this cottage in Masham.

What a beautiful place and location! Neil was brilliant at keeping in contact and the cottage was so welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to visit again soon. Thank you so much Neil.

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.

Stayed here as a base for a day trip to Beamish. It was ideally located, very clean, warm and comfortable. Good recommendations for food and information about shops nearby. Melanie was a really attentive host, very reassuring to know she would be available if needed.
