Vacation rentals with a kayak in Wine Country

Really well equipped space, thoughtful amenities and great for families. 5 minutes drive to everything yet felt like we were in nature. Would totally stay here again!

We LOVE this place! We are so thankful to have found this beautiful home for Labor Day. Sheri was the perfect host. House was clean, spacious, and neighbors are very friendly. We take an annual fishing trip to discovery bay every year (15 years strong) and we all agree that this is the nicest accommodation and overall experience that we have ever had. We want to book again!

Our crew of 7 had comfortable and restful stay at River House! The home and surrounding nature of Potter Valley are beautiful, and the hosts are both responsive and kind. I would absolutely book again next time friends and family come to town.

We had a great time at Kim’s place. Perfect for adults and children alike. The house is comfortable with lots of comfortable places to hang out. We spent several hours at the little neighborhood beach swimming and skipping rocks and we even saw an otter which was a huge hit. Just a lovely couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area. Thank you so much.

Our stay was amazing! The home is even more beautiful than the photos. There was so much space inside and outside. Had a multitude of supplies and overall was very comfortable! Perfect place for family, friends, and furry friends! The hosts were also so kind and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!

Jodi and Dan's house is cute, clean and comfortable and we had the loveliest stay. The kitchen is set up perfectly and makes staying in for meals very convenient. The beds have nice linens and are comfortable and the master bathroom is particularly beautiful. There are speakers around the house that make listening to music easy and everything in the house is easy to find. Getting the kayaks into the river is a bit of an adventure with the marshy area, but it is worth it once you are out enjoying the river. The river really is the highlight of staying here. I also apprecaited the outdoor shower with warm water to clean up from the river. We hope to stay again because this house is a true gem. Thank you, Jodi and Dan!

We had a great time at Elaine and Jason's lakeside place. Very tranquil and peaceful setting far away from the hustle and bustle. Elaine and Jason were great hosts, very responsive, friendly and down-to-earth. Our son also enjoyed his time there as there were quite a few kids toys and activities to keep him engaged, as also was the house cat Luna :) Would visit again.

Miguel is a great host and have a beautiful Lake house. It is very clean and organized property and everything is very well maintained. Kitchen in well equipped. I would highly recommend her house for great Airbnb booking for future bookings. Thanks Again for having us Miguel !

Rascal's Flat was a beautiful home nestled in the hills above the Russian River. The home had everything needed for a peaceful getaway. Best part was the hot tub to relax while enjoying the outdoors. 10/10 would book again.

Our recent stay at Lynette’s Airbnb in Lakeport was truly delightful. The house was incredibly comfy and spacious, providing a homey atmosphere that made us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights for us was the separated backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It allowed them to stretch their legs without having access to the dock, which we greatly appreciated. We also thoroughly enjoyed using the fire pit outside to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. It added a special touch to our evenings and created wonderful memories. However, we did encounter a small issue with the bathroom drain. There was a lot of hair in the drain, which caused the water to pool up to our ankles. My partner had to pull out a clump of hair to get it to drain properly. This was a minor inconvenience but worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Lynette’s Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place in Lakeport.

We enjoyed our time here. It is very rural, quiet and peaceful. Laytonville is a small town so the grocery store is very basic. It is only about 10 minutes away and open until 11. We were traveling with small children and arrived later in the day. The kids were hot and hungry and we had not had a chance to get food. The woman handling check in had a plate of fruit and was incredibly gracious to share to help keep them going until we could run in and grab groceries. She also called ahead to confirm how late they would be open. (4th of July) The walk to the private lake is not difficult and there are multiple kayaks you can use. In addition, it was during an incredible heatwave and there were regular check-ins to make sure all was well and everyone had water. There is no air conditioning but there are many fans that helped it cool off at night. Any issues or concerns were dealt with timely and appropriately. The service was truly above and beyond.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb cabin! The design is stylish and cozy, and it has everything you could need. The property is stunning—so big you can almost hike on it! The beach is lovely, and even though it was a bit cold in November, we could tell it would be perfect in the summer. The spa was a great bonus, and we had such a relaxing time. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay at the Waterfall house. The location can't be beaten; it's secluded, the views are great and it is within walking distance from all of the Jenner hot spots :) Baked goods and drinks from Cafe Aquatica were the perfect way to start our mornings. We also had a great time kayaking on the river with the seals! The kitchen was stocked well enough for all of our needs as a group of 5, and the porch and deck spaces were great for hanging out. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but it was good enough for our needs. The other beds were all very comfortable and we slept well! The hosts at the Jenner Inn were super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at Lucky Bend Lookout. We really lucked out with the weather and were able to enjoy kayaking on the Russian River every morning during our stay in early October! We loved how close it is to town, and we were able to enjoy the food and fun with ease.

Thora's place was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway with the kids. The access to the river is absolutely the best part of the stay since we didn't have to leave the property at all. The water's are calm and the fact that there are umbrellas on the beach, and even a kayak to use, was the icing on the cake. EV charging was key and it made the whole round trip from the city just that much more easy.

If you are looking for a cozy space where you can wake up, walk down a few flights of stairs and be in the water, this is it. It is clean, cozy and wonderful. They have one kayak, which we used and appreciated (bring a second kayak so you can cruise around together - or some inner tubes). The only challenge is parking. There is one parking spot and our Tahoe was sticking out into the road a bit (we almost drove off the cliff trying to make it work). We highly recommend.

Charlie’s Cabin was great! My fiancé and I spent a few peaceful days enjoying the quiet on the lake before thanksgiving. The kitchen was perfect and the heaters were extremely efficient at keeping us warm. The hot tub and fire pit was priceless while we enjoyed cooler weather; and, we even took advantage of the kayaks provided by hosts. Everything was in great condition and very clean. We would definitely come back again

This river cottage was amazing! Quintessential Sonoma county living. We had a great time relaxing by the river and enjoying all healdsburg has to offer. The house was well appointed, all of the furnishings were very comfortable. WiFi was great for working remote. We wished the windows upstairs had real screens, but the curtains helped let us get some air in at night. Hope to visit again soon!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was perfect and as pictured in the listings photos. Actually the pictures don't do it justice. Josephine is the best host ever! She was super responsive and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this place to all other travelers. Cannot wait to stay again!

Cherie is a wonderful host, and her place was the perfect cozy stay. Rio Nido is super cute, and nearby-Guerneville has lots to offer. Recommended!
