Eclectic Hideaway with Backyard Pool & Hot Tub

Embrace the blissful ambiance of this tastefully appointed retreat. The home features terraced living areas, rustic wood accents, an array of furnishings and decor, central heat and air conditioning, well supplied kitchen and a backyard patio with a dining space, lounges, gas grill, a solar heated pool and a hot tub. Four bicycles are available for guests to use. Note: Solar heated pool is usually comfortably warm from May to October. It is not heated during the winter months. The hot tub is heated year-round. NO PARTIES: including bachelor, bachelorette, wedding rehearsal dinners, etc. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2000 sq. feet. It accommodates 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Cal King Bed, 3 Queen Beds. The house is located on a small, private cul-de-sac. The neighbors are all friendly, mostly original owners making for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Noisy parties are NOT appropriate. The dining room boasts a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, gas range, microwave hood, dish washer, and an island with counter stools and recessed lighting. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The living room includes a 60-inch smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The family/game room (stocked with an assortment of board games) contains a fireplace/wood stove, wet bar and opens to the patio area. The backyard has a solar heated swimming pool (cold in the winter months, generally comfortable June to October) and 5 person hot tub (heated year round), and is furnished with comfortable, matching dining and club chair sets. The master bedroom boasts a cal-king sleigh bed with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a window sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located downstair; has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bathroom. Other amenities include: • Free wifi • Washer/dryer • Gas BBQ grill • 4 Bicycles • Central air/heat Note: this home is a standard "tri-level". There is a shorter than normal stairway (9 steps) between the main floor and the second floor. There is an even shorter stairway (5 steps) from the main floor down to the family room and backyard. Total of 14 steps. This is the same total number of steps (treads) typically found on stairways between the first and second floors of most two story homes. (Additionally, the foyer is raised a little less than a normal stair step.) So, it has the same number of stair steps as most 2 story homes. However, the steps are divided into two shorter stairways. Lockbox code and instructions provided prior to your arrival. We are always available by phone/text and we have a local manager who lives very close by. The property is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and easy access to downtown, parks, and wineries. Home is located just off Arnold Drive near the golf course. We had a great time at the Villa and would highly recommend it. The hosts gave lots of helpful advice and were available whenever I had a question. They were very generous hosts, proactively offering us early check-in and providing a home that was full of everything we needed, such as lots of towels and robes, blankets and pillows. The house is an easy walk to river access or downtown Guerneville, in a quiet wooded setting without traffic or neighbor noise. House amenities like the hot tub and grill were top quality. The river was too high for us to use them, but the house also came with a very impressive number of kayaks, canoes and paddles. It was great for a Misty spring retreat, but would be an amazing summer spot too!

We chose this cottage for our former college roommates' 3-day getaway. It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful views, a hot tub, comfortable beds, and great amenities. Bright, cheerful, clean, and the wallpaper was fun. Lovely view off the back deck. David had many recommendations for food and things to do. The road up to the place was tight, especially in an SUV so we chose to venture out only in daylight. Check-in and check-out were easy. We loved our stay!

This was a great house to stay in. It is quiet and off the highway a bit, but the walk to the beach is short and easy. There is tons to do within a short drive either towards Bodega Bay or North. This is a great spot if you like the outdoors. The house is cozy and clean, my family loved the spa and just hanging out. The house was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and being at the beach, there is even a carafe for coffee if there are a lot of coffee drinkers in the house. Alora is great, she is super responsive and very friendly to work with. I highly recommend staying is her home.

What a charming and cozy home Don and Amy have made. From the amazing fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and darling decor you have found your second home! We had the most wonderful getaway ringing in the new year. We cooked, watched movies and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the amazing back yard. We rent alot of homes and found Don and Amy's place a contender for the top spot. When I entered there were lights on, music playing, easy instructions and a lovely bottle of wine, box of crackers, gourmet cheese and several bottled waters. How nice is that! We felt so welcome and it was truly a joy. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back soon.

Breathtaking location overlooking Dillon Beach, Tomales Point, and up the rocky coastline to Bodega Bay. Our only problem was deciding where best to sit to take in the spectacular views! The house has end of the road privacy. There are 3 levels of decks to gaze from with no other homes between you and the ocean, just the seabirds gliding over the breakers below. Owners were very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful stay for our family of 5. Already hoping for a return trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stace’s Harbor Haven. Our family of 5 felt right at home with all of the homes amenities meeting and/or exceeding our needs. Seeking rest and respite, we enjoyed the comfortable beds, scenic views from the living areas, ample seating, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and the great hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and full of roaming wildlife. We spotted a quail family, deer, jack rabbits and a fox within the subdivision. We would stay here again and look forward to doing so!

We stayed @ Jaysa’s place for 3 nights with 5 adults & 1 small dog. The kitchen is nicely remodeled and is well stocked with spices, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, etc. there are 2 full baths (1 is en-suite in the twin beds room) with lots of towels, beach towels, toilet paper, body wash/shampoo/conditioner, etc. Every room had a wall mounted heater & there is a gas fireplace so even thought it was cold outside, we were very warm & comfortable inside. The jacuzzi was very nice & it was already turned on & hot when we arrived!!! I definitely recommend you check out Jaysa’s place if you’re ever in Guerneville!

Very responsive and friendly host. The property was perfect for us with our one mid-size and one very little dog, i.e., fully fenced, large yard, safe, and clean. It was a comfortable home with multiple bedrooms and nice size kitchen and amenities for prepping home cooked meals. We'd absolutely stay there again.
