We loved our stay here, everything you need is here, I really enjoyed how we had lots of towels, kitchenware and more. The area is peaceful and quiet. Also the heater is nice to have on cold winter nights. The spa is such an amazing touch and its clean. Everything was clean, would book again.

Great place to stay. Was a mid point for all local things to do and easy access to freeway. Nice quite community felt safe the whole time.

Susan was an excellent communicator. She was so patient with me. She was very responsive to all my inquiries. The home was so cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. Thank you again. If circumstances permit I would definitely return.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the house was meticulously maintained, with everything in perfect order. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the accommodation made our experience exceptionally comfortable. The standout feature of our stay was the host's responsiveness. They were incredibly attentive and quick to communicate. We encountered a minor issue with the plumbing during our stay, but the host handled the situation with such professionalism and efficiency. They were not only quick to resolve the issue, but also made sure the solution was to our satisfaction. Their level-headed approach in managing this unexpected hiccup was truly commendable. Given the wonderful condition of the house and the excellent level of service provided by the host, we would definitely consider staying here again should we need accommodations in the area in the future. The house was exactly like the pictures, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We went to Vegas to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of friends and family and Namyd left us a very thoughtful note welcoming us to his house and wished my wife a happy birthday and left use some tasty treats to start her celebration. The only thing we were bummed out about was not being able to enjoy the beautiful pool due to the cold weather, so next time we are planning a summer trip and if Namyd’s place is available we will definitely stay there again. The location is very convenient and close to the Vegas strip and a lot of other stores and restaurants.

the place was exactly as shown online. Chelsea was responsive and had clear instructions. the pools and extra amenities were great. highly recommend when you want to be a little bit from the strip but close enough

Great stay for CES week. Pretty much just slept there but next time will use all the high end appliances. Had some issue with smoke from neighbor but it was resolved quickly. Comfortable king bed. Awesome balcony and views. Recommend.

Wonderful accommodations, very well-appointed, quiet and comfortable. We were initially concerned about the neighbor hood but it proved to be safe while we were there. The dumpster in front of the driveway was not visually appealing but did not prove to be a problem. Inside the accommodations were excellent.

We have stayed at this location before and enjoy how kid-friendly it is. They have regular free activities (ice cream social, karaoke, bingo, etc.) a complimentary happy hour, game room, ping pong tables, pools, and more. The “suite” is small, but functional. Since it’s maintained by Wyndham Club Grand Desert, checkin was a breeze and the facility is very responsive to needs during your stay. They do always try to get you to become a member and go through their presentation, but you can easily thwart it by saying you’ve already done one sometime in the past 2 years. Or, enjoy the tour and the free incentives offered. When you check-in, there is a $200+ deposit that needs to be placed on a CC until checkout for incidentals. Checkout procedure was a little less clear, however. We ended up treating it like any hotel checkout, basically just leaving. After our first night, the cannabis smell was STRONG. It was coming through the walls or vents somewhere. But not an owner issue.

Great value for the price in a convenient area of town. Everything was as described and shown in the photos, and Matthew was very communicative and explained things perfectly. Would absolutely stay again!

5🌟 Experience! First and foremost, Sara communicates with great detail, easy to reach, and very friendly! The home is beautifully designed as if it's on HGTV. Each room is well-lit, spacious, and has a private restroom for guests! Sara gave us access to the garage, the pool, and the spa... with detailed instructions on how to operate them all! The kitchen was my absolute favorite part of the home because it's spacious, well lit, and the cabinets are filled with anything you may need during your stay! My girls and I really enjoyed Las Vegas and everything we did but the main conversation consistently was how beautiful the house is. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Sara!

I loved staying here and so did my friend!! It was so fun to be in and was so fancy and upscale. Would def recommend and would def stay again! They even left chocolates at the door which was so nice! Loved it

Very clean and tidy. Everything was easily accessible and worked properly. Property was only 3 miles from the strip so going back and forth was super easy!

Our stay was amazing, kids and adults really enjoyed it! Lots of fast food and restaurants around the area no need to drive far. The Las Vegas strip was about 13min drive. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family. When I had questions or need it help the host reply back so fast. We would book this home again!!

Hodi’s place is perfect for a big group. The kitchen was easily a 4 butt kitchen😉 However there were times 5 of us were in the kitchen prepping and cooking. This home is not an open concept, but it feels like it, with plenty of spaces for gathering. Large bedrooms were nice. The dogs loved the backyard as did our daughter with special needs. It is a safe, secure yard that offers space to play games, eat meals on the patio or just sit in the warm sunlight (this is December.) This was our second stay and we will be back!!! Hodi is a wonderful, caring host! We’ll be back🫶🏼

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb with my 11 friends, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with how well-kept and welcoming the home was. The space is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and like a true home away from home. The living area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and it even had some extra items like coffee and tea which were a nice touch. don't forget the pool and gaming room. finally the host Joseph - no words for him. he treats you like a friend and help you in all the ways he can and with very good response and suggestions.
