Wow. The pictures don't do this place justice -- at all. What an extraordinary layout, especially for larger groups who all enjoy a bit of personal space and quiet. There are nooks and spots for everyone and everything, from the awesome pool area to the endless spots to sit and read a book or enjoy some coffee. And Ann! What a gem. She bent over backwards to answer questions and make us feel at home, even providing us with special coffee and food recommendations. I've been using Airbnb for a while now -- and Ann is the #1 host I've ever come across. I mean...she's a joy. Her place, of course, is amazing and you'd be a fool not to stay! 10 Stars!

Saw this beautiful home with historical past and it got my attention. Decided to take a chance. I am happy I did. It provided my friend and I a lovely tranquil setting to chat and have nice dinners and just visit. The garden even at this time of year is beautiful with its stone and brick walkways. The inside of the home offers modern upgrades but has historical charm to make it warm and inviting. The property is located near lots of eating, shopping, and site seeing. Only 40 minutes to the beautiful Assateague National park with its wild ponies and beautiful beach and 30 minutes from Ocean City. I really recommend it to anyone who wants a unique experience.

We really enjoyed staying at this location! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and this location allowed the family to be together. Plenty of room, clean home, beautiful furnishings! Thank you for hosting us.

We had a great time at Alex's house! It was very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The Hot Tub was especially nice during a cold evening. We may go again once the weather is warmer and the pool is open!

I had a great time Joseph was a great host answer right away back to my messages and accommodated all of our needs for the stay. Also the location was nice and peaceful area. Only thing I would recommend is televisions and air conditioning units inside all the bedrooms because it was kinda hot in one of the bedroom’s. But I will be definitely be booking again. And had a good amount of restaurants in the area and was only 30 minute ride to ocean city.

I booked this place because of the photos and I was more amazed when I arrived at the location. It had a homey feeling. The location was peaceful, everything was organized and clean, plenty of rooms to relax and the overall atmosphere was fantastic with cute decors. My family were comfortable within minutes. I would definitely come back!

Love the place, smelled amazing & super clean. Awesome location. Only thing is the drive way has a high entrance so be careful if you have low cars like me lol but other than that loved it!

We visit Bivalve/Nanticoke yearly to visit family. This is the first year we had the pleasure of staying at Bryce's airbnb. I highly recommend! She is very communicative, flexible, and support helpful! The home has historic charm with all the updated necessities. Needs are comfy, surroundings beautiful, would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2024. Keith and his wife were there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. Very nice people. It's an older house, but it's in good shape. We felt at home once we unpacked. The beds are VERY comfortable--we slept great. Good internet connection. No troubles with any fixtures or equipment. One bathroom is quite small, but we made it work. Convenient to restaurants and shopping--there's a Texas Roadhouse, a Chinese restaurant and a Walmart across the street, a grocery store one stoplight away. Also convenient for us because family lives in Fruitland within a 5 minute drive. The house is on a main road, but we never had trouble making left turns out of the driveway. Turn right and you're a few minutes from the bypass, turn left and you're a block from the main business route through Fruitland and Salisbury. It was a good place to stay.

This was an absolutely lovely stay! The house was clean and as described and Ryan even had goodies waiting! I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

Toni was very responsive and very effective when booking our reservation. We were visiting the area for our daughter’s week long nationals softball tournament. We were lucky enough to get our dates and times confirmed quickly, within a little over a week’s notice..The host was very responsive and welcoming when we arrived. The house was prepped and cooled off when we arrived. Very nice amenities, clean, up to date kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were very clean! We would recommend Toni’s place over and over!!! Thank you for everything!!!

I needed a place for my family to stay for Christmas. It was a beautiful home close to ours. They had a wonderful time and were able to relax.

We enjoyed our stay at Bud and Allison's place. We had traveled to Salisbury MD so our son could participate in a weekend-long youth baseball tournament. Our games were spread out all over the general area, so the house served as a great base from which we could recharge, grab food, shower, and sleep. The house was roomy and very clean and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach if we had any questions.

Ann was very responsive to any of my questions and responded very quickly, house was as described and enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. If we’re ever in that area again I would not hesitate to stay there again!!
