Wow. The pictures don't do this place justice -- at all. What an extraordinary layout, especially for larger groups who all enjoy a bit of personal space and quiet. There are nooks and spots for everyone and everything, from the awesome pool area to the endless spots to sit and read a book or enjoy some coffee. And Ann! What a gem. She bent over backwards to answer questions and make us feel at home, even providing us with special coffee and food recommendations. I've been using Airbnb for a while now -- and Ann is the #1 host I've ever come across. I mean...she's a joy. Her place, of course, is amazing and you'd be a fool not to stay! 10 Stars!

We really enjoyed staying at this location! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and this location allowed the family to be together. Plenty of room, clean home, beautiful furnishings! Thank you for hosting us.

Alex's home was gorgeous! Plenty of room for all. Very welcoming: nicely landscaped with plenty of parking. Access to the house was a breeze and upon entry we were greeted with soft music, the lights were on and the house was warm. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable and it was nice that each room had an attached bath. While the December weather did not allow us to take advantage of the pool, the hot tub was clean and ready to go. This was the best rental I have encountered and I appreciate Alex's responsiveness and hospitality.

I had a great time Joseph was a great host answer right away back to my messages and accommodated all of our needs for the stay. Also the location was nice and peaceful area. Only thing I would recommend is televisions and air conditioning units inside all the bedrooms because it was kinda hot in one of the bedroom’s. But I will be definitely be booking again. And had a good amount of restaurants in the area and was only 30 minute ride to ocean city.

Love the place, smelled amazing & super clean. Awesome location. Only thing is the drive way has a high entrance so be careful if you have low cars like me lol but other than that loved it!

We visit Bivalve/Nanticoke yearly to visit family. This is the first year we had the pleasure of staying at Bryce's airbnb. I highly recommend! She is very communicative, flexible, and support helpful! The home has historic charm with all the updated necessities. Needs are comfy, surroundings beautiful, would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving 2024. Keith and his wife were there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. Very nice people. It's an older house, but it's in good shape. We felt at home once we unpacked. The beds are VERY comfortable--we slept great. Good internet connection. No troubles with any fixtures or equipment. One bathroom is quite small, but we made it work. Convenient to restaurants and shopping--there's a Texas Roadhouse, a Chinese restaurant and a Walmart across the street, a grocery store one stoplight away. Also convenient for us because family lives in Fruitland within a 5 minute drive. The house is on a main road, but we never had trouble making left turns out of the driveway. Turn right and you're a few minutes from the bypass, turn left and you're a block from the main business route through Fruitland and Salisbury. It was a good place to stay.

The host have gone above and beyond to make this home welcoming and comfortable. We certainly loved every minute of being there. The furniture is new & extremely nice. And the internet was very reliable, making it possible to work from home. We definitely want to stay there again.

Toni was very responsive and very effective when booking our reservation. We were visiting the area for our daughter’s week long nationals softball tournament. We were lucky enough to get our dates and times confirmed quickly, within a little over a week’s notice..The host was very responsive and welcoming when we arrived. The house was prepped and cooled off when we arrived. Very nice amenities, clean, up to date kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were very clean! We would recommend Toni’s place over and over!!! Thank you for everything!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Bud and Allison's place. We had traveled to Salisbury MD so our son could participate in a weekend-long youth baseball tournament. Our games were spread out all over the general area, so the house served as a great base from which we could recharge, grab food, shower, and sleep. The house was roomy and very clean and the hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach if we had any questions.

Ann was very responsive to any of my questions and responded very quickly, house was as described and enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night. If we’re ever in that area again I would not hesitate to stay there again!!

Perfect stay as always, have stayed here multiple times. I hope this place is available everytime I come down hunting. We feel Right at home everytime! Great place to stay !
