Vacation rentals with a patio in Wichit

I stayed for a week and me and friends all loves this place. The pictures matches, and the place is super clean. The host is also super Friendly and gladly to help anytime. Would recommend to anyone!

Check inn and out process was super easy it was a self process. Bathroom could have been slightly better with new taps and shower. Location is the greatest advantage it’s closest to Patong beach and malls around.

This Appartement is beyond amazing. It is staffed with all the Equipment you need, the furniture was nearly new and we appreciated a lot the matress, which was suprisingly good (we suffer from some back issues). Most of all we appreciated the washing machine, which we used daily, as temperature in patong was very high. The Appartement is only a few minutes walking distance from bangla road an big c supermarket, also you can find a big street food market next to the Appartement. There is a small shop in the Building where you can buy water which is brought by them to your room. Furthermore there is a small cafeteria which sells coffee and croissants almost the whole day. A laundry and room cleaning service is available at request. The host answers within a few minutes and is very helpful for any issues. We will definitively come again very often in future!! Joy was a great host and couldn’t have asked for better, her apartment was as described, very clean and felt at home instantly. I also appreciated Joy’s responsiveness no matter the time of day with any questions and she was thoughtful enough to create a canvas guide to kata with some great recommendations and information on it which I’ll be keeping for the future haha. Thank you Joey for an amazing stay. We were actually were hoping to book the room for the rest of our stay because of how convenient of a location it was, close to everything we needed and had great facilities especially the rooftop pool which me and my boyfriend really enjoyed. Unfortunately it was already booked out but we would definitely stay again. Joey is a great host.

Beautiful apartment! Everything was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen.

Great location right near fight street. Room is really nice with a big community pool. Stayed here for over 60 days during my 3 month stay. Would recommend it to everyone and the hosts are great.

I can't say enough great things about Punnara's apartment - it's on a high floor, 2 ice-cold AC units, a large balcony with washing machine and furniture to sit outside, absolutely beautiful bathroom with both a shower and tub and every toiletry you'll need provided, as well as a large, comfortable bed. The bedroom also has a sliding door to keep living room and hall noise out when sleeping. The complex is called The Deck Condominium and has a small, basic gym along with 2 pool options. It's set back off of the main road in Patong, so everything was quiet but still only about 10 minutes to the beach. I previously stayed in another unit here, and it was not as nice as this apartment - I just wish I could have stayed longer!!

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

Mandy and team were very prompt in all communications, and helpful with check-in processes The villa was absolutely luxurious, new and clean, and perfect for a group of friends to relax fully and safely. Guests will have to get familiar to guiding some taxi drivers to drop off directly at the villa, or near another road nearby. Guests will also have to use electricity responsibily, and pay a small amount of electricity bill at the end (7 baht/kilowatt). Overall, we are very happy and will definitely return in future! 😊 Thank you Mandy and team!

Fantastic small house in a peaceful location. 5 minute walk from the Temple Market and main business street and less than 10 minutes to Karon Beach. Nearest 7-11 is a 5 minute walk and is surrounded with a lot of great restaurants. The house was exactly as described with the space we needed for our family. Jayden was exceptional responsive from booking to checkout. Washer and space to dry clothes was a big bonus with a family. Highly recommended small house in a peaceful location.

I STRONGLY recommend this accommodation. The host was really friendly, quick to respond, and she handled complicated tasks and demands calmly and quickly, so I was able to adapt quickly to unfamiliar places. And also, the bed and sofa are very fluffy and comfortable. The pool is also perfect, and I have never seen any bugs in the accommodation. The blackout curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep at all times, and I have never seen a Wi-Fi connection cut off. I can't describe how comfortable this accommodation is, in any words. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great communication from the staff made it easy to check in and out. The apartment was unreal! Very spacious and clean. The hotel it is apart of was also a great place to relax. The pool was meters away from the door of the apartment. I’d say this was the best value for money in the area.

Stayed in Mike place for a week and it was perfect for us. Flat and pool were exactly what we wanted and very close to street food, beach and 7-11. Mile was a great host with tons of helpful tips and local recommendations. We got the town into Phuket old town, long boat to freedom beach and wandered into Patong all pretty easily from the flat but I’d recommend Kamala beach for a nice beach a short taxi ride away. Would fully recommend Mikes place!

My stay at Cory's place was amazing, the condo was cozy and had everything one might need, with access to great amenities in the building. I found the location to be convenient, in close proximity to Kamala and Surin beaches whilst being slightly tucked away. Also, shout out to Cory, you been a wonderful and responsive host.

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very clean and fully furnished with everything you need for your stay (iron, hairdryer, even hair straightener:) ) Only one small thing- sometimes it can get too loud from the street, from driving cars. So if you are an extremely light sleeper, better be prepare with some air plugs. But otherwise- I can highly recommend this place!

Everything was good! Good location, free parking, swimming pool, wash machine… Got everything I need. Recommend to everyone!

I would like to thanks to Josh for his outstanding hospitality. The flat was not only very secure, with excellent security measures in place, but also clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The location is superb—just a 5-minute walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend, if i come back again i would stay in same place.
