the place is very comfortable and feels at home. It's up a small hill which makes the place quite and isolated from the busy roads of Phuket. Its a great place if u have your own ride. Definitely a great place for those looking to stay away from the party areas

Me and my family really loved the place. Beaches are nearby, 7 store nearby.. and also the place has loads of pool area, sauna etc. We felt super safe staying in this place and security is amazing too. Max and his team helped us a lot too. Appreciate for the whole team members.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing sea view. A few mins walk to Rawai to loads of shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool and gym were great to have. Apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need. Hosts were excellent and will definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Rawai. Thanks Olga and Alexander 😊

Great location with fabulous view from rooftop pool. Had extras that make it special, water in fridge, few coffee sachets, shampoo, and extra waste bags. Tv in bedroom too.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Apartments are located in a quiet and picturesque location. Far from civilization. So you need to have transport. Well-maintained property, clean pool. We had a very enjoyable time!

A beautiful apartment with compliant photos: it was a pleasure to be housed in this apartment within the Diamond Resort, equipped with a washing machine (this is rarely the case in this complex) and many accessories available, all with a beautiful unobstructed view from the balcony! There was a little quack about my reservation but Natalie was responsive and a solution was found, without Airbnb having to intervene: thank you:) Good thing: both check-in and checkout was flexible (thank you also for that). In short: a place that I recommend, close enough to spend a stay rich in activity, and far enough away to be quiet, if you prefer for example to enjoy the pleasant pool of the complex.

Had an amazing stay at this room for the second time now. I felt at home and had would recommend this room to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rawai.

Nice place away from the noisy part of the city. Abdullah was very helpful. Felt safe. Everything went smooth. Definitely recommend having a scooter. Nice view of the city. If back will stay again.

Nice living experience and nice landlord

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in Attila's apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, safe, and in a great location on Rawai Beach. There are lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, as well as several grocery stores, and the Smartbus (that goes between the airport and Rawai Beach and stops at all the beaches/towns in between, and only cost 100 baht per person) picks up and drops off right by the entrance to the resort. We didn't use the pool, but it was well-kept. The kitchenette is small, and though we didn't cook since delicious and inexpensive food was readily available nearby, it had the basics. The washing machine worked great and was much appreciated. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure. Finally, Atilla is an exceptional host. He communicated well before and during our stay, met us at checkin to show us around, recommended activities and arranged for transport to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay, really good location. Really clear and easy instructions to self- check in as we arrived late. Really clean apartment, appreciated the bottles of water on arrival in the fridge, the hairdryer, great air con, stove etc. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. I love the area, mostly local Muslim community, a few small Thai eateries, and walkable (less than 10 minutes) to any service necessary (laundry, gym, scooter rental, 7-Eleven, barber, modern cafe, street food stalls). The condo itself is great for both work and relax, has basic kitchen equipment and lovely access to the outdoor pool. The WiFi was very fast for any purpose. The communication with Cha was pleasant and very responsive. I did suggest a few improvements that, according to me, would make longer stays even more awesome :)

It's been lovely staying here. Everything was perfect. The location, the property itself, the staff here. All excellent. The place itself was great too. Really well equipped and well thought out. Had everything we needed and more. Last but not least, it was great dealing with Cory as well. I will make sure to book again in the future. Thanks for everything.

amazing apartments! I didn't want to leave. Next time I would be happy to rent these apartments for a month. Very beautiful view from the window and very spacious apartment. The only thing is that the air conditioner is noisy in the bedroom, but in the end this was not a problem for us) Thank you very much for such a wonderful accommodation!
