I had a truly wonderful weekend! The house was spotless and providing the perfect escape from everyday life. Rene had thoughtfully left a wealth of recommendations for nearby places to explore, ranging local restaurants to shopping spots. His suggestions were helpful, making it easy to plan our days and discover hidden gems in the area. When an unfortunate situation arose around the area, Renee expressed his concerns and offered his assistance. It was a relaxing and memorable weekend. I'm looking forward to spending another one!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience!! The house itself was incredible, amazing amenities, gorgeous fireplace, warm and lovely sounding piano, comfortable couch and bed, beautiful views, the list just goes on and on. What made this experience even better was the interactions with the hosts. John and Evelina were wonderful to work with throughout this entire process. They were very accommodating, friendly, and it felt like talking to people we've been friends with for years. My wife and I plan to return to this beautiful property in the warmer weather to take advantage of the easy access to the lake. And we plan to bring friends along with us, to introduce them to the property as well. I'm sure this will be a location we repeat multiple times being that we're considering this our new 'lakehouse getaway' spot. John and Evelina, we really can't thank you both enough for a truly wonderful time. It has been an absolute privilege.

We had a wonderful stay at Ayumi’s place for our wedding weekend. They were so responsive and helpful whenever we needed them. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Honestly, the photos and description undersell this cottage. It is spacious and light-filled, very comfortable, and with a lovely outdoor area made even better by the hot tub and grill.

Excellent stay, house is exactly as described you do have to climb up stairs so anyone with severe knees issues just be aware. The lake is in the backyard, nice deck area for breakfast, couch area for sitting and enjoying nature watch the ducks, birds just fall foliage. It was a nice spot for a girls weekend trip. Kitchen is nice, game/music room was nice to chill out it really loved the decor. Unfortunately we could not use the fire pit due to the drought/ forest fires but thats mot the hosts issue. Just would have been nice to sit out at night. Both of them were super responsive with recommendations, trails restaurants you name it but we ended up just walking around the neighborhood which in itself was scenic but theres lot of area for trails and hikes. Cons: radiator is a little noisy when it starts so if you are a light sleeper will wake up with the knocking/dripping sounds. Additionally, one the days sunday i believe the neighbors had workers in the yard so it was little noisy

My wife and two kids stayed at Yariv's place over the Thanksgiving holiday since we wouldn't fit at my brother's house 15 minutes away. The home was incredibly clean, almost sterile and met all of our needs. The weather at the beginning of the week allowed us to be outside a bit and we walked (hiked might be more appropriate!) to the other side of the lake where we found a wonderful restaurant for lunch. Beware the property next door is a members only beach and the lake access in limited...not an issue for us in the winter months but I definitely didn't realize this. I'd definitely stay here again. The beds were comfy and the views from 2 of the bedrooms included wonderful views of the lake. Thanks Yariv for a great stay!

Catherine and Jay were great hosts. They were very accommodating and responsive. The place was as described and extremely relaxing. Highly recommend it.

My partner and I had an AMAZING stay at Wylda’s cabin. It was charming, very cozy, and very quiet. We so loved getting a fire going both nights of our stay and spinning some records. The cabin is so lovely and beautifully curated with excellent art and details. We looked forward to coming back after hiking or exploring the area, knowing what was waiting for us at the end of the day. Wylda is an EXCELLENT host! She is very responsive and communicative and genuinely wants you to have a great stay both in her home and in the area. Her home is very very clean and comfortable. We slept like rocks, the bed was so dreamy. Wylda reached out one morning to let us know of a local winter event in town that evening. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and suggestions and had a great time. We would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Wylda!

Rio’s place was a perfect stay. We arrived after dark and really appreciated seeing the lights were already turned on. We got a restful nights sleep in this cozy cabin. We will be back again. Thank you Rio!

This was our first time in the Catskills area and we had a beautiful stay at this AirBnb. The house was a very comfortable and the beds slept well. The backyard was great place for my kids to get their energy out and the fire pit came in useful for roasting marshmallows on multiple evenings. Aubrey was responsive when we had a few issues and also offered great recommendations for local spots to visit. We hope to be back someday!

Loved everything about the cottage. It had everything I needed, was very clean, and close to the highway and town. I loved the fresh eggs from the free range chickens and the farm environment! I never once felt that I was in the way. The cottage was very private but Debbie was always responsive to any questions I had. Can't wait to come back!

We had the perfect stay for our Thanksgiving. Lots of toys for the kiddo, backyard for the dogs to run around, and a well-stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs (utensils, platters, etc). Sadly we didn’t get to use the play set or the fire pit due to the weather, but we hope to come back when weather is slightly warmer!

This place instantly felt like home away from home. My mother, the matriarch, the kids and everybody in between, really loved the place. Even the locals here are awesome and welcoming.

Eglantine's place was absolutely beautiful, warm, and charming. The bathtub was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view of the ocean was stunning. Eglantine was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The area was absolutely beautiful. Valhalla Lake was private with stunning views. The cabin was exactly as it was described and the book of directions that was left for guidance was easy to follow.

It was a beautiful house to be at beautiful inside felt very home like. My husband and I had a great time staying here and will be staying here again if we need to beautiful surroundings, friendly neighbors Mike was very responsive to any and all questions and essence five star review and would recommend to anyone looking for a Airbnb long-term or short term.

Wonderful wonderful stay at Tia’s cottage. Was in town to visit relatives just down the road. Her place down a quiet country road is quiet, serene, and surrounded by nature. Our favorite spot was sitting at the table, drinking coffee with the morning light splashing in. And in a several minute drive you’re in downtown Pawling with its cute shops and restaurants. Including a phenomenal, authentic Turkish restaurant (The Turk), and Vinny’s, one of the best Italian delis we have been to. Thanks so much Tia for being the consummate host.

Very clean and comfortable place for a weekend stay on LI within 2 miles from the LIE. Garrett was quick to respond to my inquiries. Check in was super easy with code/lock; ample street parking with easy flat well lighted walk to entry. Interior spotless with modern amenities. Excellent shower with high-end towels. Perfect for a couple, might be a bit tight with more than two guests. Due to brutal cold weather we could not enjoy the back porch and firepit. Hope to return when the weather is warm so we can enjoy that private outdoor space.

Myself, my husband and my daughter enjoyed our stay! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for a low-key weekend get away. It is so cozy, especially when it was cold at night and we had the fireplace going. It is so quiet, no matter the time of day and almost felt as if we were in the middle of the woods in a rustic cabin. The cabin was so clean, up to date, and had everything we needed, including a pack and play for our daughter! Bert was so attentive and quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything during our stay. The checkin with the keypad was so so easy and we received the instructions prior to arrival. The food in th surrounding area was so good and the beach is less than a mile away. During the warmer months you can have so many activities available to you at the marina. This will definitely be a place where we look to return in the future. 10/10 stay, 10/10 cabin & 10/10 host.

We had our previous Airbnb reservation cancelled at the last minute. I went on not expecting to find much on a holiday weekend, saw this Beach Cottage, and jumped on it. It has private beach access, & salt flat view in the front. The place was extremely clean and nice furnishings. There was everything you needed in the kitchen, which was nice as well. There was ample parking, close drive to town, and nice neighborhood. We will definately stay here when in town again.

We loved our stay in Pound Ridge! Very peaceful, private & beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
