Guesthouse vacation rentals in Whidbey Island

The view was spectacular, and the surrounds were beautiful. We were really surprised by the extra touches that Lisa left for humans and for pups! The space was really lovely and we loved how it was so dog friendly with warmed cement floors. We would definitely stay again! Especially because being dog people the location was a dream with Green Bank Farms being such a close drive. This is probably as close to a dog paradise that could be found with 500 plus acres! There are hiking trails galore, as well as many State Parks in the area. We even saw wild rhododendrons on one of our hikes, and sea lions, oh my!

I liked our stay on the boat. Everything we needed was there. Somehow my 9yo boy not so much. He needed more space. And wanted a TV. Didn’t expect that, he probably was just a grumpy grump this weekend. Thanks for the stay!

The room is a studio apartment filled with light and space. Beautiful sunrise seen from the large wall of windows. Very comfortable bed. Sofa, desk, table for eating, small efficient kitchenette fully stocked. Very thoughtful arrangements for coffee, tea, breakfast. Just a lovely stay in all ways.

great place to stay for a bit of solitude. Sara was very helpful at check-in. place was pretty much exactly as described.

This stay reminded me of what Airbnb first started out to be -- staying somewhere new with a local host. The cabin is well appointed and Martha and her husband made me feel very welcome. They even dropped off a loaf of bread from the farm around the corner! They were very thoughtful, and happy to share their property. The gazebo by the water was available any time and they were so kind to my doggo who had free reign to run around (and had a blast). Also, the check in and check out was easy and cleaning fees are very reasonable. I had a lovely long weekend this winter!

I can't thank Joy enough for the stay for us and our cats. She's a very nice (and interesting!) person. The space is small, but with a door shutting off the back room, you can still have some privacy. All the things you need to cook are there. And, of course, the views are amazing. :) 100% recommended!

We had a great stay with our family (including 2 small kids). Stunning views, and the use of the yard outside was great for our kids especially. Quite spacious, plenty of room. Large windows in the front-facing rooms mean you get to enjoy the views from across the unit. Walking distance to the town of Port Townsend (although there's a bit of a climb coming back up). Host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to explore the area!

We had a great visit at Ana’s place. It was comfortable and convenient to so many Whidbey Island attractions. The bed was super comfy and the surrounding area was so quiet we slept great each night.

We stayed at this beautiful house for our 40th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! Everything felt new and clean inside. Erin was quick to reply to any questions and it was nice chatting with Roger. The views from the cottage are spectacular. We always enjoy visiting Camano Island, and it was so nice to come here and just relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Beautiful place, felt private and had stocked kitchen with everything needed. Super helpful and responsive hosts, would come again!

Rick and his sweet dog, Chompsky, are great hosts. This is a good choice for dog owners as your pup can use a large fenced area. Even though the host's house is adjacent, he has designed it to provide a lot of privacy. The location is perfect for exploring all Whidbey has to offer.

Peaceful, quiet guest house with very nice space inside and a big back porch/deck for good weather. Full kitchen but minimal supplies, so I'd you plan to cook bring your own oil etc. Claire was a very welcoming host.

This Airbnb is absolutely charming! While the space is small, it feels surprisingly spacious once inside. The bed is large and incredibly comfortable, and the view is breathtaking—you can enjoy clear sights of the water, sunsets, and even stargazing at night thanks to the dark, peaceful surroundings. The cozy kitchen, mini fridge, and bathroom are well-equipped, and the heat works perfectly. The shower, while compact, is just right for one person. Everything about this place is thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Parking is convenient, and Anne, the host, provided clear and helpful instructions, making the stay seamless. The location is fantastic—only a 6-minute drive to the grocery store and 15 minutes to downtown Langley. I especially loved the kitchen and the spacious, comfy bed. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

This was my bf and I’s 2nd time staying with Dana and wow did we miss this place! Dana is so sweet and such an amazing host. She is by far our favorite! We felt right at home with the comfort and coziness of her studio. The cleanliness is top tier, and the snacks were perfect for our morning hike. I would recommend everyone to stay here for the best time in Anacortes as everything is so close as well. 10/5 ⭐️ thank you for everything Dana! We look forward to seeing you again soon ❤️

Katie’s tiny house is so great. I was on my own and I had plenty of space. I loved watching the windy, rainy weather out of the large picture window facing the bay. Everything was spotless and I slept wonderfully in the loft bed. I would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

We stayed at Ken’s sweet yellow house to attend a nearby wedding and were absolutely delighted. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, with two beautiful bedrooms. The furniture in the living room was stylish and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed I slept in was a dream. There were so many pillows! It was tall and comfortable; it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The house is located in scenic area not far from the water and it was ideal for our needs. We even saw several deer. I would highly recommend Ken’s house to anyone looking for a great place to get away.

Ryan & Luba made us feel very welcome. So personable and accommodating to my girlfriend and I. Will definitely be back the location was amazing; between the quietness and the beauty of nature and the lovely hosts. 10/10

Wanted a one night winter hot tub little 'escape '... and got the added benefits of the *adorable * goats and darling outdoor barn kitty Trixie! Good little kitchen setup. If you're particular about your coffee bring what you enjoy, and if cold temps bring slippers/warm socks- with some 'traction' for the loft ladder steps!

Carrie’s place was quite beautiful and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to wake up and just relax, look out the back porch and see the lake literally right across from where the guest house was. We enjoyed our time on the lake and the private beach area was quite nice. She had available kayaks and boards available for use. She was quite attentive and had wonderful communication to make sure that our stay was a pleasant one. I would recommend her place 100%. Thank you Carrie for opening your guest home to us. 🤗

The whole experience exceeded my expectations! The driveway climbs to a majestic view of Discovery Bay and its surrounding mountains, Diamond Point, Becket Point, Protection Island, and Vancouver Island Canada! The living space is actually a house, very spacious, beautiful solid oak cabinets, and fully furnished. Hosts Libet & Gene are very warm, friendly, and generous. Thank you for sharing your corner of Paradise on the Peninsula!

This place is a superb alternative to hotels- no awful smells from ther visitors. Close to freeways for easy access. Comfortable in every way- furniture and bed. Highly recommended— hope to stay here again in the future.
