The house offers great accommodation for up to 8 guests. No more than 6 adults will be accepted. It offers a spacious living area, and indoor/outdoor flow. The lounge opens up to a sun drenched area that opens to a fully fenced private back yard with outdoor dining, lounging, trampoline, sandpit & BBQ The kitchen is well equipped with basic pantry and cleaning items. The bunk room is a combined TV and kids play area. NOTE: If you require bunk beds to be used, linen will be extra cost.

Two rooms have single beds, one room has a double bed and the Master room a queen bed plus ensuite. Open plan living in a 2 year old house. House is located in the marina subdivision.

This family house is located directly on the harbourside boasting wraparound decks offering amazing views of McLeod Bay, Mount Manaia, and Mount Albury. There are 4 bedrooms : three inside the house with a large bathroom, and a private cabin off the deck with it's own ensuite bathroom and private garden deck overlooking the bay. Living rooms are large and beautifully decorated to a relaxed resort-style atmosphere, opening out onto the massive wraparound deck.

The rear deck overlooks the sheltered north-facing rear garden, with a lovely country view. The spacious interior is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities required.
