Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The cabin itself was so clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us during our stay between having the hot tub ready for us on arrival, answering any questions we might have and being so kind. Definitely recommend staying here !

what an amazing host ,the cabin was beautiful and he has covered every detail ,an amazing feature of yr own private jazucci with being cleaned out every day refilled and heated from ecgo fire ,it's fresh spring water ,and also to drink fresh spring water from the tap was wonderful, U have Netflix and all stations if u want to chill in.Bbq on deck which was fab,to hear the birds was fabulous, Abbleix village not to far by car plenty places to eat also., It was an amazing experience and have to say a big thank you.

Had a lovely stay . Perfect for a relaxing break . Had to cancel first booking at late notice and John was very helpful and allowed us to change dates . Very quiet and peaceful , really enjoyed hot tub too !!

A total "Cabin in the woods" experience !!! very quiet, very peaceful, forest bathing immersion... Well equipped cabin with all mod cons ... when the sun came out it was magical !!!

A really great house for a family holiday, super private and the garden was a massive bonus. Lots of space in the living spaces and bedrooms. Great location for beaches etc

We absolutely loved our stay at the Maple Cabin in Mount Congreve. The cabin was so warm and cosy and the decor is simply stunning. Mary was so friendly and helpful during our check-in and stay. We loved walking in the gardens the next morning & everything is so well laid out it and mapped out around the estate. It was such a lovely touch to have milk, eggs, butter and the most delicious sourdough left in our cabin upon check-in, it was so appreciated. We will be back in the future during another season to fully appreciate the gardens & trees and look forward to seeing the planting and finishing touches around The Forest.

Booked last minute. Communication straight away. Very helpful in helping us settle in and provided us with what we needed. Dog latch available. Cabin had everything we needed. Hot water, heat, TV and fridge to cool our drinks. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a few days of peace and quiet.

Perfect cottage full of charm and character nestled in a peaceful Wicklow countryside village location . A photographer's/ artist's paradise with spectacular views or indeed a super spot for some rest and relaxation . We stayed for a albeit too brief two night stay and as the cottage is dog friendly we were delighted to be able to bring our Border Collie. Peter personally welcomed us on arrival and also provided us with a welcome pack of various local foods and indeed an amazing homemade wheaten bread just fresh from his oven. We were totally blown away with his kindness and generosity as he had even included treats for our dog. Peters attention to detail is evident throughout the whole cottage experience from providing tealights and lighters; ecologs for the heart warming stove; to the electric blankets on pristine white bed linen . The cottage had all the usual amenities. Peter provided a great depth of knowledge of the local and surrounding areas. A hidden gem

Mary is a lovely host. She has a wealth of knowledge about the local area and attractions. The accommodation is first class and extremely dog friendly. There's a large field for them to run in and obviously Mary loves the dogs 🙂 We would certainly visit and stay with Mary.

This place is absolutely lovely. From the beautiful little cabin to the cats & chickens that add to the natural ambiance. If you need a quiet little place not far from the lively downtown this is the place for you. And how knowledgeable is Lorraine of the history of Wexford & Ireland itself. I cannot believe my luck in finding the oasis. Exactly what I needed to escape the craziness of pre-election America

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this lovely cabin. I was made to feel very welcome immediately with amazing welcome pack. The cabin is spotless and well maintained with a lovely enclosed private garden. An easy walk to the beautiful beach and forest. I would definitely like to return!

Glen’s place was amazing, a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location! Super cosy with the fire and very private. Sauna was great too. Glen was a fantastic host, very friendly and great communication. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place to stay; our cottage was so cosy, renovated extremely tastefully & with all modern amenities. It was the perfect place for our little weekend escape & we only wished we could have stayed longer. Jim provided us with a fascinating castle tour. He has an absolute wealth of knowledge of Irish history giving us such an interesting insight into castle life. He is such a welcoming gentleman & host & incredibly generous with his time. A cosy cottage in a beautiful part of the country. Compact but with everything a couple need for a quite getaway. Pub and cafe nearby and the beautiful Comeragh Mountains ever present.

The accommodation is very lovingly furnished. The garden is great & invites you to linger at sunset. A highlight: We were warmly welcomed with jam, scons & milk. We can highly recommend an overnight stay there.

A modern, well designed accomodation with great decor and interior. We really enjoyed our stay at 'The Shed', it was well equipped with all appliances for our family. With only a short spin to Waterford and Kilkenny, plenty to explore. Thanks for a great stay Geraldine!
