Tucked away in the very South East corner of Ireland, we offer a chance to escape from it all in a private 1 bed cottage. Surrounded by coastal walks wildlife and ideal for bird watchers. We are 400m from the sea and a 10min walk to Carnsore Point. 5 minute drive from The Lobster Pot Seafood Restaurant 10 minute drive from Lady's Island with local shop , pub, Cafe and Church. Both Rosslare Harbour and Strand are a 15 minute drive with Golf courses and wonderful restaurants. Dog Friendly!

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.

We had a wonderful time at The Moorings - a fantastic spot in Tramore. Steven was quick to respond to any queries (even to those he’d previously answered!) The house was clean, very big and housed 3 families (9 people in total) comfortably. We had plenty of linen, the house had lamps, Plus, (kids bonus) the TV was big and easy to use. It had great art work too. We highly recommend.

We had a lovely peaceful few days in Bob's house. It was a very comfortable and spotlessly clean house. The information and instructions we got was very helpful.,and straight forward. Gerard was great host, giving great tips on things to explore in the area. The sea is very close to the property and we went for a dip every day. Kelly's hotel is in walking distance for bite to eat. We had a great stay, we visited with my 2 children and elderly mother in law and the house was perfect. It was spotless clean, bedrooms a great size especially the master which was huge. The living room had an amazing view of the coast, which is even better than the photos. Nearby is a nice pub that serves pizzas and burger and a good garden for the kids to run around in.

Everything about the accommodation was 1st class. Dave was an absolute gentleman to deal with. He was very knowledgeable of the local area and was able to highlight many things to see a do.
